Pros: cloud based, ideal for small to medium hotels at the moment, reasonable pricing, helpful staff, regular updates

Cons: not very convenient for mobile use,because it is a web based software, you can use the software only when you are connected to internet

Comments: Pros: Very clean interface, not complicated controls and screens, fast responses, lot of features, good price for what it is.
Cons: If they add invoice printing then it will be complete.
I thinks it's great for a medium size hotel like mine!
