Overall, my experience with ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus has been very positive. It offers a wide range of features for managing Android and iOS devices while remaining easy to use. It provides good value for organizations looking for a reliable MDM solution with strong security and device management capabilities.

Pros

The platform is easy to deploy and manage. I liked the remote device management features, Android enrollment options, kiosk mode, geofencing, app management, and the ability to remotely lock, wipe, or troubleshoot devices. The interface is intuitive, and the documentation is helpful for getting started.

Cons

The reporting capabilities could be more customizable, and some advanced Android features require additional setup or manufacturer-specific support. The user interface could also be more modern in certain sections.

We have been using ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus in our organization to manage corporate devices, enforce security policies, and provide remote support. It has proven to be a reliable solution with a good balance between functionality and ease of use. The remote management capabilities have helped reduce support time, while the centralized administration has made device management much more efficient. It is a mature product that continues to evolve, and I would confidently recommend it to organizations looking for a dependable enterprise mobility management solution.

Pros

What impressed me the most is how complete the platform is without becoming overly complicated. Device enrollment is straightforward, policy management is flexible, and remote troubleshooting has saved us a significant amount of time. The interface is well organized, making it easy to find the features you need, even when managing a large number of devices. I also appreciate the continuous product improvements and the level of control it provides over both Android and iOS environments.

Cons

Overall, my experience has been very positive. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the initial setup for advanced configurations, which can take some time to fully understand. Some sections of the interface could also be more intuitive, especially for new administrators. Better documentation for complex deployment scenarios would make the onboarding process even smoother.

Overall, the software has been a highly reliable and efficient solution for controlling and securing our mobile device fleet. It provides great peace of mind knowing our field hardware is locked down precisely to the specific applications and operational parameters required, with excellent remote management stability.

Pros

The platform is incredibly user-friendly and offers an extensive array of device configuration options. It makes the deployment and lockdown of corporate-owned field devices completely straightforward, especially when it comes to setting up restricted profiles or strict Kiosk modes for operational staff.

Cons

The user interface can occasionally feel a little cluttered with extra features, advanced configurations, and deep-tier settings that aren't always necessary for basic daily management. It takes a small learning curve to filter through the extra fluff to find exactly what you need.

Pros

Manage Engine made setting up my new fleet of tablets easy! We thought we needed a technology manager to setup our MDM, but their quick QR code enrollment made things simple. The admin dashboard is self explanatory. We're able to check on our tablets locations, network connection and battery to make sure they're always ready to hit the field when needed. Great product at a good price.

Cons

Nothing! ManageEngine has been super easy to use. If i could pick one that that would slightly improve my experience, it would be to have a satellite view overlay of the tablet location map.

Excellent experience, a very comprehensive tool. It's very useful for managing company devices that are in the hands of salespeople.

Pros

Complete and functional management software. User-friendly and agile interface for enrolling devices.

Cons

What I liked least is that the initial template stops working when a device is removed and you try to add it again. It took me a while to figure out why the device wasn't enrolling.
