Nous testons actuellement ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus pour gérer à distance des téléphones professionnels déployés sur plusieurs sites. Nous avons pu inscrire les appareils, appliquer des restrictions, gérer les applications, contrôler certains paramètres et suivre les terminaux à distance. La plateforme correspond bien à notre projet. Nous souhaitons néanmoins poursuivre les tests pendant quelques semaines afin de valider la stabilité du déploiement avant de décider d’un abonnement. Pros La solution permet de gérer à distance plusieurs téléphones Android depuis une interface centralisée. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de créer et d’appliquer des profils, de contrôler les applications disponibles, de gérer les restrictions des appareils et de suivre leur état à distance. Nous l’utilisons actuellement en phase de test pour administrer des téléphones professionnels déployés sur différents sites. La solution répond globalement bien à nos besoins et nous souhaitons poursuivre les tests avant de prendre une décision d’achat. Cons La prise en main de certaines fonctions avancées demande un peu de temps. Nous avons notamment rencontré quelques difficultés lors du déploiement ou de la modification de certains profils et applications sur les téléphones. Certaines opérations à distance ne sont pas toujours immédiatement exécutées et nécessitent parfois de vérifier l’état de l’appareil ou de relancer la configuration. We have been slowly migrating devices off the old MDM solution onto the new and the transition has been fairly simple with additional features that really make it nice Pros The steps to enrolling devices are quite simple and straight forward. Building out device groups and profiles is also very intuitive, as well as assigning apps. I was able to figure out the flow in a few hours and their support was very responsive and helpful Cons some of the UI buttons are a bit hidden, but once you become familiar its rather easy. I would say app restrictions would be the part I like the least. We have alot of devices that use different apps, but we do have baseline of default IOS apps that go away. For some reason, a few of those apps have to be manually removed after the profile has loaded and the other apps are removed. Switched from [Citrix Endpoint Management](https://www.capterra.com/p/133906/XenMobile/) We used Citrix for their other products, and the MDM software was bundled into the license we had. Once we went away from Citrix, we were unable to find anyone to license just the MDM portion so we moved away from them.
