The worst platform EVER! Convoluted menus, literally impossible navigation, and an inability to modify even basic details such as a user’s email address. A paranoid and idiotic login process that is more excessive than anything found in banking apps, along with pointless, incomprehensible and often confusing procedures. It is also impossible to remove an entire fleet of devices at once, even when, for example, a company sells its existing stock as part of a complete equipment renewal. In 45 years of working in IT, I have never encountered a worse platform! Not even Microsoft, in more than 40 years of history, has ever managed to create a monster like this! We have been slowly migrating devices off the old MDM solution onto the new and the transition has been fairly simple with additional features that really make it nice Pros The steps to enrolling devices are quite simple and straight forward. Building out device groups and profiles is also very intuitive, as well as assigning apps. I was able to figure out the flow in a few hours and their support was very responsive and helpful Cons some of the UI buttons are a bit hidden, but once you become familiar its rather easy. I would say app restrictions would be the part I like the least. We have alot of devices that use different apps, but we do have baseline of default IOS apps that go away. For some reason, a few of those apps have to be manually removed after the profile has loaded and the other apps are removed.
