The product seems easy to use. Also, the cost for the product seems to be on par with other products. Also, my team seems to be comfortable with the knowledge base documentation that is built into the product. Seems to be the best way for my team to manage our devices. Pros The ease of use that we have with this new product is amazing. We also seem to have a customer support team that knows the product. Our previous product had been passed around between a few companies and the current company did not seem to understand the product. Setup seems to be going well. We are still working on device enrollment but that seems to be a limitation of ABM and not the MDM. Cons Only problems we have had were the fact that two MDMs cannot live on the same ABM at the same time.
