### "Great Tool for Managing and Securing Mobile Devices"

March 16, 2026

5.0

Pros

What I liked most about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus is its powerful yet easy-to-use centralized device management. The interface is intuitive and makes it simple to enroll devices, push applications, configure security policies, and monitor compliance across multiple platforms from a single dashboard. I particularly appreciate the automation features and real-time visibility of all enrolled devices, which significantly reduces administrative workload and improves overall device security and control.

Cons

What I liked least about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus is that the initial setup and configuration can be somewhat complex, especially for new administrators. Some parts of the interface feel cluttered, and important settings can be difficult to find at first. In addition, certain advanced features require extra documentation or trial-and-error to configure properly, which can slow down deployment in larger environments

### "The best MDM by far."

March 5, 2026

5.0

Excellent; I have tried other solutions and it has been almost impossible to get them up and running. ManageEngine Plus has been the most user-friendly and functional in every way.

Pros

Easy to configure and install on devices, both mobile and portable. I should also highlight its native integrations with other providers, which make it even more useful.

Cons

The only downside is not being able to connect accessories, such as headphones. Other than that, nothing negative. But it's a very minor issue, and I understand this situation in your update roadmap.

### "Free trial is a waste of time."

September 1, 2025

1.0

Fairly confusing. Looked fully featured, but not super intuitive. I'm not sure I'd trust them to have super user level access to my companies devices.

Pros

Seemed to be a generous free trial, which seemed to solve a problem that we had. Not much to like, but there you go.

Cons

The free trial turned out to be crappy and basically a con. If something seems too good to be true, guess what?

### "An Excellent MDM choice is ManageEngine from Zoho"

January 29, 2026

5.0

While I had tried other solutions before ManageEngine, this was the only one that got me setup and working in less than an hour. It is pretty straightforward in the initial setup, and there are lots of support documents to help you along the way.

Pros

The complete package, works for ALL devices, Apple, Android, MIcrosoft, etc. Great value for such a comprehensive solution. Product is very much like our existing RMM for endpoints so it is a simple Menu driven GUI.

Cons

I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like about the software, but it could be overwhelming at the amount of options available, especially if this is your first time using a MDM tool.

### "ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus"

February 24, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus has been very positive, especially from the perspective of a small company. Setting up the system was straightforward and allowed us to get a handle on our devices quickly without a steep learning curve. The interface is good altough could be a little bit more intuitive. The only significant drawback we encountered is the inability to remotely operate devices without user consent, which can be a bit limiting during urgent support tasks. Despite this hurdle, the software provides great value for the price and fits our current needs well. I would definitely recommend it to other small businesses looking for an accessible way to start with MDM

Pros

Great way into getting started with device management, especially for a small company as us. The free version up to 25 devices is great.

Cons

You cannot operate (or didn\`t found it) the devices at distance without consent on that device, which is a pity.

### "Great Mobile Device Management"

March 9, 2026

4.0

Thus far using ManageEngine it's a great solution for organizations and makes managing mobile devices easy.

Pros

Manageability is quite easy once setup is complete. after the setup is completed adding, tracking and managing devices are quite smooth

Cons

The solution needs to be more user friendly in the portal and more descriptive. You all should group the most frequently used tabs/sections in one category instead of having it placed all over in the platform.

### "Feature-rich MDM with better results in the cloud"

March 20, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus has been positive. The platform offers a lot of flexibility and useful MDM tools for managing devices, policies, and security settings. Once running properly, it provides strong control and visibility. My main issue was with the on-premises deployment, which did not work as smoothly as expected and led us to switch to the cloud version. Aside from that, the product has been solid and feature-rich.

Pros

Extensive MDM features, strong device control options, and a wide range of configuration settings for different environments.

Cons

The on-premises server setup was difficult to get working reliably, and we ultimately had to move to the cloud version.

### "Reliable and easy to integrate"

March 24, 2026

4.0

Overall, it’s a very good piece of software for managing mobile devices (in our case, almost exclusively iOS devices). Most policies are easy to create and deploy to the devices. Only the BYOD policy isn’t working as intended yet. It took some getting used to having to distribute apps via device groups rather than through policies.

Pros

The documentation is comprehensive and easy to find. Integration into your own ecosystem also works very well.

Cons

The menus are sometimes a bit cluttered. This makes it a little difficult to find certain items. Sometimes there are multiple navigation menus, which makes it difficult to find content.

### "Good program with plenty of management features"

April 7, 2026

4.0

I like the overall experience. Excepting the phone call history, and the kiosk part with web shortcuts that sometimes doesn't work perfect, the rest is very straightforward and works well.

Pros

It's very easy to use with Android phones, control location and make a kiosk option by groups. Fast installation and work with "Business" apps (Outside Google Play). Good for restricting GPS/Plane Mode/Factory reset,...

Cons

For iPhone, it's very difficult the first time and the tutorials were not very updated (For Apple page part). I can't have a phone call history (Neither Apple or Android). Sometimes the menu part is a little confusing to go to the part you want (Enroll devices vs see devices you have)

Pros

### "Affordable All-in-One MDM for our Windows and Android Devices"

November 7, 2025

5.0

Overall, after our first month, our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. We found a better-value alternative to Intune that could actually handle both our Windows and Android assets well, and ManageEngine is delivering perfectly on that promise. It does exactly what we need it to do—secure our laptops and lock down our mobile devices—without the complexity or high cost. We're very happy with ManageEngine.

Pros

The absolute best thing is the Value for Money. We were looking at Microsoft Intune, and the licensing was just so much more expensive. With ManageEngine, we get the features we need, like remote control and robust app management, without paying for a Microsoft license. I also love that it's a unified platform. I can manage our Windows 11 laptops and Android devices from one single dashboard. On the Android side, the features are incredibly strong, pushing our custom apps and configuring devices as company owned was surprisingly simple. Finally, Customer Support was fast and easy to reach, they have a local partner that helped ensure we get the subscription we need. It's a relief knowing there's a real person we can reach for help when needed.

Cons

For the cons, the main thing I guess is the Ease of Use, specifically the user interface. It’s not as "slick" as the Microsoft portals. It feels a bit cluttered, and it took me a bit of time to figure out where all the important settings were. It's powerful, but it has a bit of a learning curve which is not really a deal breaker. Also, the Content Management feature isn't quite what I thought. It's great for pushing specific files (like a PDF guide or an update) to devices, but it's not a collaborative tool like SharePoint. Which is fine, we just had to set our expectations correctly.

### "Simplify my Work"

March 7, 2025

5.0

I am very grateful to the ManageEngine team for their excellent support and the ease of use of their products. I highly recommend ManageEngine to anyone looking for MDM solutions and Asset control.

Pros

Endpoint Central has significantly streamlined our endpoint management. Tasks that used to take hours, like patching and software deployment, are now completed in minutes. The automation features are a game-changer, freeing up valuable time for our team to focus on more strategic initiatives. It's definitely made my work easier and more efficient.

Cons

While the MDM features in Endpoint Central could be more robust, I appreciate that ManageEngine is constantly improving their product. I've seen significant enhancements in recent updates, and I'm confident that the MDM capabilities will continue to evolve.

### "Caribbean MSP Exprience with ManageEngine MDM Plus"

August 9, 2025

5.0

I’ve had a great experience so far, with minimal effort required. In fact, it’s been so smooth that we’ve migrated all our devices from ScaleFusion. We’re now even considering using ManageEngine Endpoint Central for patch management and RMM, based on how well Mobile Device Manager Plus has worked for us.

Pros

Setting up different profiles, in other words applying restrictions and controls was very simply and straight forward.

Cons

This far I have not had any issues with the ManageEngine MDM Plus. It is feature rich but I would like better third-party integrations such using OIDC for authentication for atypical IdPs.

### "Great product so far"

August 4, 2025

5.0

So far the customer support has been great. The product seems easy to use. Also, the cost for the product seems to be on par with other products. Also, my team seems to be comfortable with the knowledge base documentation that is built into the product. Seems to be the best way for my team to manage our devices.

Pros

The ease of use that we have with this new product is amazing. We also seem to have a customer support team that knows the product. Our previous product had been passed around between a few companies and the current company did not seem to understand the product. Setup seems to be going well. We are still working on device enrollment but that seems to be a limitation of ABM and not the MDM.

Cons

Only problems we have had were the fact that two MDMs cannot live on the same ABM at the same time. It may be our limited knowledge of the product but a good transition wizard or something similar to move from the old platform to the new one would be nice but I understand that it may be a technical challege especially if a competitor uses propreitary code to interface with Apple.

I found this very easy to use and navigate and i have trialled quite a few solutions but i have found manage engine to not only be great value for money but easy to use, great support and all the features are here you need.

Pros

October 8, 2024

4.0

My experience has been good. The cost of the program is just right and you get many features and functions that simply work. I do not think I have had a single outage with this service and so managing devices has been simple

Pros

The easy setup for both apple and android. They have easy to read documentation and if you get stuck, the folks on chat are very helpful. You don't feel like you have to do it alone.

Cons

We struggled with some advanced stuff when it came to setting up approved webpages from our on premise servers. They were a bit tricky but once we got it going, it has not been a problem. This I believe was more of us not understanding vs the software.

### "ManageEngine MDM for Android use"

February 3, 2025

4.0

We are very pleased about the product and experience and will continuously add on more of the features in different profiles

Pros

The "simple" kiosk on devices is making the end-user experience way simpler and easy to use. There is also a certain amount of logic to the setup.

Cons

The possibility of unattended access for direct support would have been a perfect add-on, since the device connection is already established. The fact that not all apps are designed for predefined inputs via a MDM system is somewhat an issue - but not a flaw in the ManageEngine System :)

### "A Reliable and Scalable MDM Solution for MSPs"

September 17, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience has been very positive. The platform is reliable, secure, and makes managing multiple devices and clients much easier. Despite a small learning curve at the beginning, it quickly proves to be a powerful and efficient tool for MSP environments.

Pros

I really appreciate how intuitive and comprehensive the platform is. It makes it easy to enroll, configure, and manage devices across different operating systems without complications. The dashboard is clean and gives a clear overview of the entire fleet, which saves a lot of time when troubleshooting or applying policies. The scalability is a big plus — it adapts well to MSP environments, allowing centralized management of multiple clients with proper separation and control. I also like the strong security features, such as remote wipe and compliance policies, which give peace of mind when handling sensitive corporate data.

Cons

The initial setup can feel a bit complex, especially for new users who are not familiar with MDM solutions. Some advanced features require extra configuration and documentation could be clearer in certain areas. While the platform is very powerful, the user interface sometimes feels slightly outdated compared to other modern SaaS tools.

Overall, it’s a solid MDM solution. It has helped us streamline our device management, especially for remote teams. Once the system is set up, it works reliably and has reduced a lot of manual configuration. The learning curve was moderate, but documentation and community forums helped a lot. It’s not perfect, but the pros outweigh the cons.
