The product seems easy to use. Also, the cost for the product seems to be on par with other products. Also, my team seems to be comfortable with the knowledge base documentation that is built into the product. Seems to be the best way for my team to manage our devices. Our previous product had been passed around between a few companies and the current company did not seem to understand the product. Setup seems to be going well. We are still working on device enrollment but that seems to be a limitation of ABM and not the MDM. Cons Only problems we have had were the fact that two MDMs cannot live on the same ABM at the same time. It needs a splash of more color, and bolder font to draw your attention to other features and elements. I came across with MDM manage engine and at first I thought it is too complex to setup but when I get around to its in and out, it is really very easy to setup plus the features are so many that I can almost control everything on our devices and computers.
