Pros Very easy to use the Admin Portal. Onboarding process is quick, enter users email and a QR is generated. The user scans this and follows three step to install MDM and assigned APPs. Cons Don't have any real cons as we have now onboarded 250 devices and only had 1-2 issues. The platform seems to be stable and screens well laid out. It is pretty straightforward in the initial setup, and there are lots of support documents to help you along the way. Pros The complete package, works for ALL devices, Apple, Android, MIcrosoft, etc. Great value for such a comprehensive solution. Product is very much like our existing RMM for endpoints so it is a simple Menu driven GUI. Cons I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like about the software, but it could be overwhelming at the amount of options available, especially if this is your first time using a MDM tool.
