We started saving time and seeing benefits on day ONE. Pros We seamlessly set up all of our company devices to be fully managed. The device enrollment process is very easy and intuitive. I love the remote control functionality. Cons It's such a minor thing, but I found the .csv download/upload process for enrolling multiple devices to be a bit clunky. And keep an inventory track of devices and serial numbers, etc. The Integration with Apple Business Manager was key for us. Cons I wish there way to use it without having to use Apple Business Manager. Because if I have an iPad that is not a cellular enabled one. Device enrolment is a breeze . A plethora of features, allowing to tailor different profiles and groups as per department needs, or access rights. App Repository setup and App Deployment is extremely easy. Constantly receive updates which makes the use of different and additional features easier. Cons User creation is a bit confusing at the beginning unless you are integrating with your AD. Application management per device is a bit restricted, as there was no way to uninstall/reinstall specific applications on specific devices, unless you create a profile around it. We are not large but they treated us well. The resources provided and the available help was outstanding. I find the product extremely easy to use and reliable. This will free up a lot of time for myself and our staff. Pros You get a lot of features for a reasonable price. This was far cheaper than we expected to be paying. Once the device is enrolled it is great to see the speed at which apps are published and updated. Cons The product is held back somewhat by Apple. Also minimum version of Android puts limitations on companies who may not replace hardware frequently. It's got all the features you need including remote deployment of apps and geolocation. Cons In terms of assigning devices to users it can be a little confusing. Some users show up multiple times when assigning a device and it isn't clear which one to assign it to. It's also confusing where the users are tied to. Am I being charged per username creation? With this solution it is quite easy to setup and configure all devices remotely and at once. Especially useful feature is GPS tracking. We already found couple of lost devices in customer premises. For us it was extremely critical to find device and get needed critical data from it. Cons At first it can be a little bit overwhelming to enroll all devices, especially if You don’t have Android 6+ version devices. Needed to do some workarounds to make it happen. At the end all devices were enrolled and worked. I wish there would be more personalization customization in Kiosk mode. The patching functionality is comprehensive and really streamlines updating a diverse bunch of software. Cons The only issue I had really was that deployment of the agent on remote desktops (off network) does require some manual action, but I don't honestly see too many ways around that. Pros The ease of enrollment and control is great even being able to remote in and help a user. The tabs are clear and you can customerise the information you see Cons This works so well with Android BUT for the tablets I'm controlling it does not read the name of the tablet. On the tablet itself you can edit the name but the MDM doesn't read that it does the type, serial number an all other sorts but no actual name so all i have is a long list of SMT-510. I've done an ID by serial number table to help. Comodo One was a bit easier to setup initially, but it lacks several features include remote screen view capabilities. The Samsung KNOX setup was so confusing I never got it installed on any of my devices. Pros The software has a lot of advanced functionality, but still maintains its ease of use. Cons Onine interface can be confusing at first, but overall once you click around you can find what you are looking for. Pros Remotely updating and managing APKs is very easy and has worked flawlessly so far. Cons The android kiosk mode sometimes bugs out and gives basically full device access to the users. Uploading new versions of an APK is only possible in Chromium-based browsers (fails in Firefox).
