Pros

It's only be a few weeks but it was easy to set up and deploy the initial setup. Remote control is a a great option to solve issues for remote devices. Found resources online for any setup questions I had.

Cons

It's been a great experience so far, no issues.

Terrible. If they can't write an uninstall process with InstallShield, stay away.

Pros

I found no reason at all to recommend this product.

Cons

The uninstall process fails and runs the installer again. The support desk did nothing.
