Pros

Good support in live chat. A lot of functions, almost full complete.

Cons

The kiosk mode is not working, at least on my devices. Had problems when i wanted to disable de kiosk mode.

Pros

Reasonably easy to use and quick to setup.

Cons

It would be nice if you could enrol a device without assigning to a user, or if a user could be automatically assigned rather than the device sitting in the "staged" state.

It's only be a few weeks but it was easy to set up and deploy the initial setup. Remote control is a a great option to solve issues for remote devices. Found resources online for any setup questions I had.

It's been a great experience so far, no issues.

Terrible. If they can't write an uninstall process with InstallShield, stay away.

Pros

I found no reason at all to recommend this product.

Cons

The uninstall process fails and runs the installer again. The support desk did nothing.
