Fast to deploy and can do some niche things with it like kiosk mode and remoting in. Not as good for IOS but still works (lacking features). Support is generally okay but could be better, lots of doing circles of trouble shooting when the problem is obvious. Pros Generally works really well, does all the things it promises to do. Cons IOS management could be better and more clear. This may be apples fault but still needs to be addressed. Every team member has understood my request and answered my questions promptly, or identified a team member who can. The product is extremely easy to deploy and use. Pros First, it's simplicity. It took minutes to setup the service on the first device, and only a few hours to learn the system well enough to develop policies for use in our business. Cons There were a few occasions where I had to contact customer service to explain an issue I thought could be found in the documentation, but wasn't. But the customer service team is excellent, so this was less of a problem than it could have been. It allows me to set policies for the devices, integrates easily with Apple Business Manager, and deploys easily. Cons Some settings and actions are difficult to find. Certain screens seem redundant and don't allow the same actions from one to the other. For example, we marked a device as lost but after it was found, we couldn't find the setting to mark it as found. Trying to push out apps individually to phones doesn't always work. There is significant overlap, in my opinion, between the Enrollment and Inventory screens and finding which one I need for applying certain settings is complicated. Review Source HS Hyrum S. Cons The layout could be friendlier by better navigation. It has the appearance to be overwhelming, however you'll be able to find what you are looking for. The instructions videos did include good details however, it doesn't fully match current layout mostly due to updates.
