The cost of the program is just right and you get many features and functions that simply work. I do not think I have had a single outage with this service and so managing devices has been simple Pros The easy setup for both apple and android. They have easy to read documentation and if you get stuck, the folks on chat are very helpful. You don't feel like you have to do it alone. Cons We struggled with some advanced stuff when it came to setting up approved webpages from our on premise servers. They were a bit tricky but once we got it going, it has not been a problem. This I believe was more of us not understanding vs the software.
