Cons I think the only thing that I found annoying was that support is located in a time zone behind me (I am in New Zealand), so when I work on a Monday, I don't get a support response until late Monday afternoon or evening. Cons Importing devices from one MDM to this new platform is a bit clunky and not necessarily intuitive, however their Support team, who was available by chat right on the same screen, was a huge boon and was ready with screenshots and clear directions. Easy to use and understand and has been very fast to onboard devices. Cons I would prefer there to be a way to organize documents into folders and place those folders on the devices, but it does have document features, which is nice. I am able to push truck registration to the tablets, in case the paper copies are destroyed. The software offers a wide range of features, including patch management, software deployment, remote control, and more, that have made a significant impact on our IT operations. We especially appreciate the software's automation capabilities, which save us time and reduce the risk of security breaches.Additionally, we found the software to be reasonably user-friendly. The interface is mostly intuitive and well-designed, and we were able to start using it with some training. As far as I know we did not integrate it with other systems so I cannot comment on that. Cons The software can be a bit overwhelming at first due to its comprehensive feature set. The software's MacOS and Linux agent deployment could be more user-friendly for end user self-install. The many features we use, like Computer/Tablet management are simple, although you can get as granular as needed. Cons Inventory Management definitely needs some work. It lacks in a lot of aspects like not being able to arrange the fields where you want, or even remove fields. There is also no way to change the name of a person tied to an asset, which does not make sense as people come and go all the time, or machines are not necessarilt tied to a person all the time. ManageEngine support was actually really helpful in resolving the issue and helping me make sure the Apple connectivity was properly configured.
