### "Reliable and Cost-Effective MDM Platform with Strong On-Prem Flexibility"

May 14, 2026

4.0

Overall, our experience with ManageEngine MDM over the past three years has been positive. The platform has proven to be stable, capable, and cost-effective while covering the majority of our mobile device management requirements without excessive complexity. From deployment and policy management to application control and device visibility, the solution has largely been reliable and predictable in daily operations. The ability to self-host the platform was also a major advantage for us from a security and infrastructure control perspective. While there are areas that could be refined, particularly around integration depth and clarity between cloud and on-premises functionality, the platform has consistently delivered on its core purpose and provided good value overall.

Pros

We have been using ManageEngine MDM for approximately three years, and overall the platform has delivered strong value for the price point. It solves multiple operational and device management challenges in a centralized way while remaining relatively straightforward to maintain. For the most part, the platform is hands-off and does what it says on the box. Device management, policy enforcement, application deployment, and visibility have all been reliable in our environment. One of the biggest advantages for us is the ability to host the solution in-house. This gives us greater control over security, compliance, and integration with our existing infrastructure and security layers. Considering the feature set, deployment flexibility, and cost, it has been a solid solution for our requirements.

Cons

There can occasionally be some ambiguity between the on-premises and cloud components/features, particularly when working through documentation or specific configurations. A bit more clarity and consistency in that area would improve the overall administrator experience. I also would have liked to see more native integrations with third-party platforms and services out of the box, especially for broader ecosystem automation and reporting. That said, none of these points have been significant enough to impact the platform negatively for us in production.

### "Reliable and Cost-Effective MDM for Daily Enterprise Use"

May 1, 2026

5.0

Overall, the experience with has been positive. It handles day-to-day device management well and saves time through automation and centralized control. Features like policy management, app deployment, and remote troubleshooting work reliably. There is a slight learning curve in the beginning, and occasional bugs, but once set up, it runs smoothly. It’s a practical and cost-effective solution for managing devices at scale.

Pros

Offers good value for money with strong features. Easy to use after setup, though UI can feel slightly cluttered. Customer support is helpful. Device and employee management is efficient. Profile configuration is smooth. Occasional bugs are there, but overall reliable for daily device management tasks.

Cons

The interface can feel cluttered and confusing at times, especially for new users. Initial setup and policy configuration may take time to understand. There are occasional bugs and delays in applying policies. Customer support response can be inconsistent. Reporting could be more customizable, and performance may slow down with a large number of devices.

### "Free trial is a waste of time."

September 1, 2025

1.0

Fairly confusing. Looked fully featured, but not super intuitive. I'm not sure I'd trust them to have super user level access to my companies devices.

Pros

Seemed to be a generous free trial, which seemed to solve a problem that we had. Not much to like, but there you go.

Cons

The free trial turned out to be crappy and basically a con. If something seems too good to be true, guess what?

### "Reliable and Cost-Effective Mobile Device Management Solution"

May 7, 2026

5.0

Our overall experience with has been very positive. The platform has improved operational efficiency by simplifying mobile device management across the organization. Device enrollment, policy enforcement, application management, and remote troubleshooting are all handled effectively from a single console. The solution has helped strengthen security compliance while reducing manual administrative work for the IT team. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful when needed.

Pros

offers a strong balance between functionality, usability, and cost-effectiveness. The centralized dashboard makes device management straightforward, and the platform provides excellent control over security policies, app deployment, remote troubleshooting, and compliance monitoring. The remote access and troubleshooting features significantly reduce support response time for IT teams. Integration with enterprise environments is smooth, and the product scales well as the organization grows.

Cons

Some advanced configurations and policy settings can take time to fully understand during the initial setup phase. The user interface could be more modern in certain sections, and occasional synchronization delays may occur with large device fleets. However, these issues are relatively minor compared to the overall value the platform provides.

We switched from Miradore Management Suite to primarily to gain more advanced endpoint management capabilities, stronger security policy controls, and better integration with our existing IT infrastructure. ManageEngine also provided a more comprehensive feature set for remote troubleshooting, application management, and device monitoring, which helped improve operational efficiency for our IT team. Additionally, the pricing model and scalability were better aligned with our long-term organizational requirements.

### "Excellent Support"

June 2, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been positive. It provides a comprehensive set of mobile device management features that help streamline device enrollment, policy enforcement, application deployment, and remote support across multiple platforms. The centralized management console makes it easier to maintain security and compliance for a large fleet of devices. While there is a learning curve when configuring advanced policies and features, the platform is reliable, scalable, and offers good value for organizations looking for a robust MDM solution. It has helped reduce administrative effort and improve visibility and control over managed devices.

Pros

What I liked most about is its ease of device enrollment and centralized management. It provides a straightforward way to manage Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS devices from a single console. The platform offers comprehensive features such as remote troubleshooting, application deployment, policy enforcement, asset management, and security controls, making it easier for IT teams to manage large numbers of devices efficiently. Integration with enterprise services and support for automated enrollment programs also helps reduce administrative effort and improve device compliance.

Cons

What I liked least about is that some advanced configurations and workflows can be complex to set up initially. The user interface can feel overwhelming for new administrators due to the large number of features and settings available. Reporting and dashboard customization could be more flexible, and certain advanced device management capabilities may require additional configuration or troubleshooting compared to some competing MDM solutions.

Compared to other solutions we evaluated, ManageEngine delivered the features we needed without the higher licensing costs often associated with enterprise MDM platforms. The platform was also straightforward to deploy and manage, making it a practical choice for our IT team.

### "Review of ME MDM product"

5.0

9 out of 10, the reason why I didn't give 10, is because I have to spend more time on testing new function and get familiar with it, I am pretty sure ME should meet our request, but I have to confirm

Pros

ME MDM is cost efficient, professional product platform, and can help our business to manage our mobile devices in much better way than before. ME tech team is always there to support our questions/issues.

Cons

it remains to be found, so far so good, we are using it everyday for our 4800+ devices, and we are pretty familiar with the process and functions

Pros

This platform has been life changing for me. Managing more than 100 devices currently and soon moving to 550 in total once our factory efficiency improvement project is complete. Very easy to use and makes finding and resolving bugs simple.

Cons

### "Excellent Value and Depth of Features for Enterprise MDM"

May 17, 2026

5.0

Overall, our experience with ManageEngine MDM Plus has been highly positive and it has successfully streamlined our endpoint management strategy. It effectively acts as a single pane of glass for our mixed-device environment, making app distribution, asset tracking, and security enforcement substantially easier to handle.

Pros

What stands out the most is the efficiency of the centralized management console. Being able to seamlessly monitor and manage a mixed ecosystem of Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS devices from a single dashboard saves our IT team an immense amount of time.

Cons

The user interface, while highly functional, can feel a bit outdated and fragmented. Settings and advanced configurations are sometimes buried across multiple menus, which creates a noticeable learning curve for newer IT technicians trying to navigate the system for the first time

### "Affordable All-in-One MDM for our Windows and Android Devices"

November 7, 2025

5.0

Overall, after our first month, our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. We found a better-value alternative to Intune that could actually handle both our Windows and Android assets well, and ManageEngine is delivering perfectly on that promise. It does exactly what we need it to do—secure our laptops and lock down our mobile devices—without the complexity or high cost. We're very happy with ManageEngine.

Pros

The absolute best thing is the Value for Money. We were looking at Microsoft Intune, and the licensing was just so much more expensive. With ManageEngine, we get the features we need, like remote control and robust app management, without paying for a Microsoft license. I also love that it's a unified platform. I can manage our Windows 11 laptops and Android devices from one single dashboard. On the Android side, the features are incredibly strong, pushing our custom apps and configuring devices as company owned was surprisingly simple. Finally, Customer Support was fast and easy to reach, they have a local partner that helped ensure we get the subscription we need. It's a relief knowing there's a real person we can reach for help when needed.

Cons

For the cons, the main thing I guess is the Ease of Use, specifically the user interface. It’s not as "slick" as the Microsoft portals. It feels a bit cluttered, and it took me a bit of time to figure out where all the important settings were. It's powerful, but it has a bit of a learning curve which is not really a deal breaker. Also, the Content Management feature isn't quite what I thought. It's great for pushing specific files (like a PDF guide or an update) to devices, but it's not a collaborative tool like SharePoint. Which is fine, we just had to set our expectations correctly.

### "Simplify my Work"

March 7, 2025

5.0

I am very grateful to the ManageEngine team for their excellent support and the ease of use of their products. I highly recommend ManageEngine to anyone looking for MDM solutions and Asset control.

Pros

Endpoint Central has significantly streamlined our endpoint management. Tasks that used to take hours, like patching and software deployment, are now completed in minutes. The automation features are a game-changer, freeing up valuable time for our team to focus on more strategic initiatives. It's definitely made my work easier and more efficient.

Cons

While the MDM features in Endpoint Central could be more robust, I appreciate that ManageEngine is constantly improving their product. I've seen significant enhancements in recent updates, and I'm confident that the MDM capabilities will continue to evolve.

### "An Excellent MDM choice is ManageEngine from Zoho"

January 29, 2026

5.0

While I had tried other solutions before ManageEngine, this was the only one that got me setup and working in less than an hour. It is pretty straightforward in the initial setup, and there are lots of support documents to help you along the way.

Pros

The complete package, works for ALL devices, Apple, Android, MIcrosoft, etc. Great value for such a comprehensive solution. Product is very much like our existing RMM for endpoints so it is a simple Menu driven GUI.

Cons

I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like about the software, but it could be overwhelming at the amount of options available, especially if this is your first time using a MDM tool.

### "Powerful tool for Device Management"

April 16, 2025

5.0

Managing Manage Engine MDM Plus has been a largely positive experience for us. The web-based console is clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. It is very easy to setup with minimal learning curve compared to similar solutions like Microsoft Intune. It is more affordable than competitors and has a flexible per-device licensing model. It shines in device provisioning, security enforcement and app management, though it has some limitations in iOS controls.

Pros

Ease of use, cost effectiveness and strong security controls. It supports multiplatform management (Android, iOS, Windows & MacOS) and can manage smartphones, tablets and laptops. Robust security and compliance features like passcode policies, encryption, remote wipe and location tracking. Zero-touch deployment for apple devices by integrating with Apple Business Manager (ABM). Competitive pricing compared to other device management tools.

Cons

Certain controls on Mac computers are functional only when the devices are enrolled through Apple Business Manager. Some controls do not work on Windows 11 home editions; it requires Windows Pro or Enterprise. If a Mac machine is added to ABM through Apple configurator. users can cancel their enrollment.; however, in order to prevent users from removing the enrollment, the device must be added to AMB directly through the reseller.

### "Very good MDM option for small/medium IT teams"

December 17, 2025

5.0

The transition to ManageEngine MDM plus has been easy for our team, we manage over 300 different devices including tablets, phones, and laptops across multiple manufacturers (both Android and iOS) and have been able to migrate over quickly and efficiently.

Pros

Easy to create, update, and clone policies, seamless zero touch enrollment for Android devices. Adding apps, both enterprise and from google play store is smooth!

Cons

Policy updates are not "quietly" pushed - any changes automatically disable kiosk mode on Android devices, then enable it again as soon as updates are processed.

### "Reliable and easy to integrate"

March 24, 2026

4.0

Overall, it’s a very good piece of software for managing mobile devices (in our case, almost exclusively iOS devices). Most policies are easy to create and deploy to the devices. Only the BYOD policy isn’t working as intended yet. It took some getting used to having to distribute apps via device groups rather than through policies.

Pros

The documentation is comprehensive and easy to find. Integration into your own ecosystem also works very well.

Cons

The menus are sometimes a bit cluttered. This makes it a little difficult to find certain items. Sometimes there are multiple navigation menus, which makes it difficult to find content.

### "Very Helpful but a Craves a Better UI"

May 5, 2025

4.0

Overall, we are very happy with the product. Once we learned how to use the UI and got our profiles set up for each location, the actual deployment was a breeze. We were able to get 50 devices staged so far, and it only took 30 minutes with the help of ManageEngine.

Pros

Packed with tons of useful features, such as Kiosk mode and Geo Fencing which helped us deliver a professional experience for our users. Additionally, the support and the free demo were great with helping us get set up on the platform.

Cons

Our only complaint with the software is the UI and layout for the online portal. It needs a splash of more color, and bolder font to draw your attention to other features and elements. We only experienced the feature we wanted to use, and the other features we know about were not easy to find due to the UI. However, this seems to be a flaw with most other MDM software we have used, but without all of the great features.

### "Reliable MDM with good core features"

March 9, 2026

4.0

Overall the experience has been positive so far. The system provides the essential tools needed for managing mobile devices, including device enrollment, policy management, and remote control options. After the initial setup it becomes easier to work with and helps maintain control over managed devices. There is still room for improvement in terms of usability and interface clarity, but the functionality is solid and useful for organizations that need centralized mobile device management.

Pros

The platform offers a solid set of device management features and is relatively easy to navigate once everything is configured. Enrollment options are quite flexible and allow managing multiple devices efficiently. The kiosk mode and policy management are useful for controlling company devices. Overall it helps centralize device management and saves time compared to manual configuration.

Cons

The initial setup can take some time and some configuration steps are not very intuitive. The interface could be more modern and some options are spread across different menus. Occasionally there are small delays when pushing policies or refreshing device status.

### "Effective Mobile Device Management Despite Minor Issues"

March 17, 2026

4.0

Overall, it has significantly improved our IT department’s efficiency in managing mobile devices. It provides strong security controls, flexible policy management, and reliable remote support features. While there’s a learning curve, the benefits in operational control and device visibility outweigh the initial complexity.

Pros

The centralized device management console is very intuitive, allowing me to quickly deploy apps, configure policies, and monitor devices across the organization. The reporting tools and real-time alerts are extremely useful for tracking compliance and device health.

Cons

The initial setup can be complex, especially when integrating with multiple platforms like iOS and Android simultaneously. Some advanced features, such as automation rules, require a steep learning curve. There have been some bugs in certain features, and the resolution times were not always prompt. The initial setup can also be complex, especially when integrating multiple platforms like iOS and Android.

Overall 4 out of 5 start for the . Its easy to use and covers most of our needs. Their online support is helpful and quick to respond. However, there hasn't been much improvement lately. It would be better if ManageEngine could meet all our needs in one place

Pros

User friendly interface, it meets most of our needs. Their online support chat is very helpfull to answer our question.

Cons

There has been a lack of improvement. Other vendors have been able to fulfill our needs, while MDM hasn't. It would be great if all our needs could be met by a single vendor, although their provide another option for our needs. Great

### "Amazing Endpoint Management with best Kiosk Mode"

January 12, 2026

5.0

One of the main benefits I get from MDM is the ability to manage different types of devices across the network. For instance, I am able to oversee both switches and mobile devices efficiently. Being able to use Kiosk mode is really useful as we deploy a lot of devices to stores.

Pros

I like how I can manage endpoint policy's very easily. One of my favorite features is the ability to mark as stolen and then doing a remote wipe. The value for money is really good as it is not expensive and the customer support is good as well.

Cons

At times, the MDM client used to push policies can be somewhat buggy, especially when connected to a managed corporate WIFI or LAN.
