Had it running in an hour. Pros It was extremely easy to setup and get working. It integrates with our Community Church Builder software seamlessly. Cons The only thing I would change is if it was part of our app instead of a stand alone text to give platform. Reason for choosing Txt2Give I choose Txt2Give because it was inexpensive and it integrated into my Church Community Builder software. Txt2Give comes through with flying colors, starting with amazing customer service that walks you through the startup process, and going all the way through to recording donor gifts after the event. Pros The ease of setting up and the ease of use for the donors. Cons I wonder about the price, but then again when I shop for comparable products, the price seems quite reasonable. Within minutes we were up and running and receiving text donations. This was a far better option than paypal on our site. Pros Easy to setup and use. Their website provided everything I needed to make an informed decision. There were no hidden fees. Cons None, great product. Everything was clear and upfront. The Txt2 Give technology was the difference maker at the event.. Of course the credit card reader went down during the event.. No worries.. Thanks to you taking the time to show me how to properly set up the system the other day, we were able to switch the rest of the donors to buy their auction items onsite. This is not including long term donors who will be paying via text.. Again thanks.. Check you out for the next event in August and December. Younger people, especially, seem to use this software exclusively in their giving. Cons It is just a little time consuming to initially set up your account, but once this is done, it is quick and easy to use. The reporting is easy to use. Pros Users have told me that the transactions are easy to make. It was easy for me as administrator to set up the giving fund categories for the users. Cons I haven't found anything yet but I will advise after further use. The team member that originally took your question about compliance answered your questions around PCI compliance, because that's what we get asked about the most. When that wasn't satisfactory for you, your request was forwarded to me, and I elaborated on our PCI compliance, and TCPA compliance and how it fits in with our service.
