The ease of use in general. The software was relatively easy to setup and the customer service support was excellent.

It just wasn't a good option for our donor base.

Pros

The simple tracking and ease of automating processes makes my life easier. I no longer have to do 3-5 steps of processing payment on one site and reconciling with another 2 databases and accounts. It is all set up to be smooth.

Pros

I like that this software was available when Covid became a pandemic and caused use to all go virtual. A much needed service when needed most.

Cons

To be honest there isn't really anything that I don't like about this software.

Easy of use, very economical, was easily able to start marketing and getting users to donate upon setting account up. Same day!

Pros

Simplicity of application and great functionality and organization of donor information. Great customer service, always available to help or answer questions.

Cons

Would appreciate more options for exporting reports, specifically by field names. Sometime need to run report by donation type or appeal.
