TEAM/ISSI is not a typical vendor relationship. TEAM/ISSI is a partner with us in identifying needs, developing products and implementing solutions that help us help our membership build their businesses.

Cons

TEAM/ISSI continue to innovate and address any of our issues in a timely and complete manner.

The customer support is exceptional. There is no need to put in a "ticket" if you have an issue or a question. You just email them and you get a response immediately.

Pros

TEAM is a one-of-a kind software that allows us to provide our members with quality one-on-one appointments based on their criteria.

Cons

Anything that did not initially work for us was resolved by the ISSI staff.

Pros

I love this software and how easy it is to use! We switched from Mas90 (which I liked as well) to Team but this has so many more easy features you can enjoy that make your life easier!!

Cons

There are a couple things I dislike, how confusing it can be at first and how much you have to learn.. but once you learn it, its amazing and makes it easier for you.
