Cons Performance and speed was a little bit slow and the overall UI and functionality felt outdated and led to slow loading. Pros What I like most about Oracle Taleo is the applicant tracking. The workflow allows for an efficient way to progress candidates through the recruiting funnel. Additionally, the line-of-sight for all parties involved in the hiring process is great. Cons The area where I'd like to see strides and improvement is the reporting within Taleo. It is unreliable and a chore to capture causing us to have to purchase a plug-in to produce insightful and accurate reporting.
