As we move forward with further large scale changes in the organisation OpeneLMS has been an important element of scoping those changes and making sure that it is an integral part of the organisation in the years to come. They are aware of the strain on public sector finances so are always willing to find solutions that we can actually implement and move forward with. Pros The flexibility of the system, the wish to build a relationship with the organisation to understand our organisational goals and help map the LMS to achieve them. The support desk and the monthly account calls are extremely helpful tools as part of the service to help build knowledge and further improve the system. Cons There are a couple of nuisances of the system that do not always sit well with our internal processes but OpeneLMS are always open to discuss these and help find workarounds to make the system work best for us. They have plenty of awesome features to ensure the effective online learning for students and also help the trainers as well.
