Pros: The application is so easy to use, new employees can navigate through it immediately.
Everyone in our office has access.
Cons: Creating or modifying new reports is a bit intimidating sometimes. It is helpful if you are somewhat experienced in using Excel.
Pros: Being able to find our employees ASAP, who is closest to our locations for emergencies, driving incidences, reporting, emailing of reports is quick and easy. History has also helped in past when public makes complaints, or something needs to be proved as to location and time.
Cons: There's a few sections that for a long as I've used the system now, I'm still not 100% sure on, but that it's mostly because we do not use those sections often enough. I just call when I need to do something in a section I don't understand, as those sections we/I use so little.
Overall: Being able to know our employees and their driving habits, for example when they are taking their breaks, for how long and where. Being able to prove location and time, or speed when a complaint comes in from the public. Finding the person closest to our locations during an emergency.
