Now more than ever our clients are keen to get a hold of their utility consumption and require daily immediate support from our team - being able to access energy data remotely makes this difficult period all the more easier. Pros I use Fabriq as both a self-service data platform for my clients and a daily analytical tool for myself. The intuitive system enables me to gain insight into my client's utility usage and optimise their building performance and energy consumption. A range of clear visuals empowers me to be able to quickly respond to client queries which is useful in a fast-paced working environment. These visuals can be included in automated reports which can be scheduled to send straight from the system, and if needed I am able to extract data from the platform into excel almost immediately to help with more in-depth analysis. The simplicity and easy functionality means demo's for new users can be given by myself in short time frames and provide users with different levels of access. This is greatly beneficial to me as I then have more time available to focus on other tasks. The Fabriq customer support team always answer any issues or queries I have in a prompt, friendly manner. Regular catch-ups with the wider Fabriq team makes us feel valued and consulted in the continual developments to the system. Cons On the analytics tab - adjusting the data range selection and deselecting meters can be a little clunky, but as with any platform these are small quirks that I have learnt to get used to as opposed to issues that block me from being able to carry out my job. The range of visuals that you can put into reports makes displaying data clean and the new flexibility of the reporting scheduling has just increased the capabilities. The ability to give access to as many users as you want, at different access levels, without incurring extra costs is a huge plus for a growing business. Cons The only problems I can think of are the struggle with retrieving data from the API and price per data connector. We now have a energy platform that can be used to support our energy performance contracts and offers our clients easily access to reports and energy data which is also scaleable to use across multi site clients. Pros Fabriq offers a platform that can be easily configurable with good graphical representation of the data. A system that allows users to configure the system and make changes as required. Cons We had some initial issues with reporting and the setup of standard client reports which Fabriq are working with us to address. Some of the reports available have to be configured against individual clients which can be time consuming. We also under estimated the time taken to load data into the system and set up the configuration for each customer site.
