“Excellent product”

OverallStreamlined organisational flow
ProsSimple to use and fully customisable. Has modules you can add for a nearly full solution. Would recommend for medium and large organisations
ConsLightweight when compared to other solutions - but this can be a good thing too. Has potential to keep improving.

“great move forward from our starting point and look forward to developing and using more”

Prosuser friendly and love the ability to download all responses including documents in one step, and into separate folders as speeds up review process
Cons1. Only allows one type of supplier registration form 2. feel that additional training should have been given just before we went live, just on setting up the documents and best way to set up.  It was too long from the initial training, so spend a fair bit with the manual for refresher, which took a few hours. Do not like the way that previously approved scored documents, like Supplier Questionnaire then show lower score due to any amendments to the live document, as then need to remember why.
