Pros: The guard tour suite is exceptional and the on boarding is fantastic. The platform is easy to navigate with a great help tool to assist if you run into trouble.

Cons: It's a little on the expensive side but I am appreciative that it is one of if not the best guard tour suite on the market

Pros: the analytics, it takes what use to take me 20 to 25 hours to do and makes it a couple of clicks of a computer mouse to get a very nice professional report

Overall: more time to do other part of my job

Pros: Traktik software system has been nothing less than exceptional. It is easy for guards tours, report, it is customizable and very useful within our security organization. All security officer's has been impressed with the program.

System is great for big companies but we are small and had to tweak to our site.

Pros: I like the reporting matrix because it holds guards accountable, alerts are great for monitoring activities and helps target trouble areas.

Cons: What I least like about the system is not being able to upload pictures from outside the system from other devices. Software does not provide guards the opportunity to respond to alerts sent through phone to them. GPS tracker is not accurate at times.

Pros: The detailed reports and specific information that can be obtained from the scans. Also, the ability to use either GPS or NFC affords more flexibility when configuring the system.

Cons: The amount of time required to program and set up the NFC tokens as well as inputting all of the buildings and locations was very time consuming.

Pros: The design, easy of use and overall integration (schedule, reports, payroll, client portal etc.) Notifications and alerts are a fantastic features.

Cons: Not enough reporting features (HR, Shift/Site Client data). inaccuracies with employee hours in different view modes. Termination and shift removal could be easier.

Overall: Many, it controls our entire operations and deployment for the physical security department.

No disappointment at all. Has exactly what we need.

Pros: Pros; The Live reporting, GPS Live tracking, Customization of sites and reports, and the ease of using the dashboard.

Cons: Cons; Would like more capability on ios devices (Apple) same as it is on android. The QR feature is not options we us or like.

Pros: The flexibility of the software to go into details regarding the daily activity of the security officers.

Cons: It is not easy to use for the security officers. The security officers need to be trained in order to use the software.

Pros: The thing I like the most is the transparency and accountability the software provides you. I can see where my employees are at any time and the client has proof that we fulfilled our obligations.

Cons: The thing I like the least would probably be the fact there is so much potential that hasn't been tapped into yet which isn't a bad thing. From operations, HR, Payroll, Billing to vehicles records you can customize TrackTik to run your entire business.

Overall: The benefit of peace and mind.

Pros: I like the web function and the ease of use of the system. I am able to login and see at a glance what is going on with multiple sites.

Cons: I have had glitches that have not been solved, and I have had some irritated employee's because of it.

Pros: I like most that we can easily create our own reports. Sometimes we create reports for short periods of time to gather data we need for a month of two.

Cons: There are some features we cant delete or drill down on. We would like to be able to name specific reports that we have not had the ability to do.

Overall: We are able to measure the productivity of our employees with ease.

Pros: Timekeeing system. Its a pretty good software to use on a daily basis - especially given that you can get rid of paperwork.

Cons: Complexity of learning for new users. Althoug there is documentation of the software, there are still some areas not explained or covered, such as the billing whys and the such.

Pros: I like how easy it is to use. When I need to look something up or if I have to provide the client with information its easy for me to find.

Cons: sometimes the navigation of the website can be hard. There is a lot of information that can be accessed on thewebsite

Pros: I like the greater functionality that is offered compared to other competitors. The previous software that was used did not have the functionality associated with OT Management, Scheduling, the ability to record documents for sites and personnel, or some of the GPS features. The NFC tokens have also been a valuable add. One of the most significant improvements that this program has offered to our franchise network is the custom reporting features. This has been an excellent resource for our clients.

Cons: Some of the features and processes require many steps. There are opportunities to simplify things in a way that can reduce error and improve user experience. For example, to set up an account, it is time consuming and creates opportunity for error when the patrol run sheet must be assigned to the account under the Zone rather than in the scheduler.

Overall: From this software we experienced increased ability to document changes and maintain records for accounts.

Pros: When there are no glitches everything runs smooth. The system is user friendly.

Cons: all the glitches gets put on to the road map and no time frame of things of when they will be fixed. Even when things are not working correctly we still have to pay full price.

Pros: It shows the officers in real time. The reports that are archived are very beneficial. Easy to use the site. Easy to teach the site to other officers.

Cons: The price it very expensive compared to other software systems. The online scheduling vrs When to Work, makes it almost impossible to use.

Overall: Make us look at security reports in different way. To have photos included are very helpful for the future.

Pros: Don't have to manually do schedules. Easy access from any computer, shows us when someone did not check in.

Cons: When shifts are deleted we are not able to check to see which user deletes it. Does not give me a daily report on over time only if we use the payroll side. Does not allow me to print a daily under 40 list.

Pros: This software is easy to teach and use. It helps with easy setup and able to monitor guards in real time.

Cons: Only issue I have so far is that whenever we want to cancel a patrol. it still sends a email report as not completed. There are no option to switch between reports or patrols.

Overall: Able to monitor guards in real time and cut down on reports time and use of paper. able to review pass reports by easy search option. As per guards, they find it easy to complete their patrols and also sent any incident report while they are at the scene without needing to return to their duty desk.

Pros: Vehicle management. Scheduling. Ability to log in from anywhere. Easy to use. Easy to train others on how to use.

Cons: Skills and attributes. No automatic reminders to staff when their skill is about to expire. No dashboard telling administrators how many staff are compliant.

Pros: The product is constantly being improved and developed. It's already state-of-the-art architecture versus many others who use outdated coding languages and databases. Add to that the fact that new features are constantly being released...many of which were built by the CEO himself...and we have a truly flexible end-to-end solution that will continue to meet our greatest business needs.

Cons: It is missing internal audits for quality control and client/employee satisfaction. The reports are really made for client-facing, not for internal control. I hear these features are coming...hopefully soon.

Pros: I appreciate that it is always updating and improving. That is good for not only our daily operations, but for our clients as well.

Cons: I do not like the HR side. I think there should be more in terms of making a personnel management program. That would make everything very easy to manage.

Pros: The GPS function has helped enormously in providing information to customer questions about time and place in which our guard was at their location. This information is critical in answering questions when a problem arises and we are able to provide the information in a timely manner

Cons: Panic button being set off accidently at all hours. Complaint from users is the panic button is to big.

Overall: Savings in time management for supervisors in collecting information

Pros: Tracking, scheduling, billing, payroll everything is user friendly, and makes my life easier. I love that it's an all in one platform. Tracktik has made excel scheduling obsolete. I absolutely love the unconfirmed shift feature and the fact that all employees can log in remotely.

Cons: Glitches, glitches, glitches. There are little quirks to tracktik that you have to remember; clear your cookies and cache when you cannot create a shift. And remember don't try and work from your phone, you will get frustrated.

Overall: A single platform for the security business needs; billing, accounting, scheduling, payroll, tracking, reports, employee accountability etc.

Positive interactions with Support,but there are issues with the software that needs addressing.

Pros: Good initial setup
OK reporting on stats
emergency contacts are easily accessible
Assigning roles, and properties is easy

Cons: Notifications need work with setup process
Limited ability to import information
many processes are inefficient and convuluted

Overall: more robust reporting, easier setup with checkpoints, better overview of what officers are doing.

Comments: If you are serious about providing the best possible service to your clients; then I personally and professionally suggest that the "Scan Button" option for accountability is junked and a less hazardous (both to the Officers and their company's clients) option for accountability be brought forth that can provide "actual" security to a Security Company's client that does not negate the reason that they are there for.

Pros: This software provides a catch-all for the company. It provides multiple options for assisting Security Officers and their Management team in providing accountability for the client.

Cons: In the Security business you are required to be as random in your foot and vehicle patrols as you can be. However, companies are so terrified about accountability that they ignore the concept of being "random" and the TrackTik system seems to support this. ANYONE, who works in the Security field knows the best way to provide coverage for the client is to be unpredictable and random in foot and vehicle patrols, but if you are using the "Scan Button" option that is part of TrackTik, then you have just failed your client. Because anyone that is observing your Officer for 10 to 15 minutes will be able to discover that while the Officer is trying to be random, there are SPECIFIC places that they will be making a client's property unsecure.

When you create a tour with multiple checkpoints, these checkpoints can be scanned in any order, the order is not forced. For randomization, TrackTik always proposes to have multiple tours with those checkpoints, varying the order each time. This way you¿re able to provide randomization in your tours. Comments: They have made great strives and have great potential but still have a way to go.

Pros: My rep is pretty good with walking me through issues and helping me to resolve. Other than that the app itself has pretty cool features and is easy to use.

Cons: One main selling point is that the system is extremely customizable. This sounds great on the sell, however, once you see how "customizable" it becomes a pain due to the fact that unless you pay for their implementation you have to figure out how to establish, implement, and operate on your own. You only get 5 hours of training, not enough! We were sold on an all encompassing solution to fit all types of security. Their system is not set up to allow more then one person to clock in on a single site at all. So if you're doing event security you either need to have an onsite license which means everyone has to line up at your office to clock in via the laptop or computer, or manually add them in later. We were also told that the scheduling software would have a way for us to track who has seen the schedule. What we weren't told was that its optional to acknowledge and when they do you have to hunt for their acknowledgment.

Pros: I emailed customer support yesterday afternoon for help with sending reports. Our rep emailed me back this morning with clearly understandable directions AND even took the time to record a video of the steps. He wasn't patronizing nor did he talk down to me at all. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Cons: You took away my bar graphs on the schedules; I will never forgive you for that. The tiles are clunky and don't show at a glance if we have a gap in coverage.

Comments: Setting up Check Points, inputting custom names, setting up different tours with the ability to include, exclude, or change the route based on time, day, all have added a significant value add to our client buy in as well as improve performance of our employees. The reporting and notification capability has also added an improvement in accountability real time and history.

Comments: Tracktik is a great software with a lot of potential. The staff are willing to listed to improvement suggestions but it can take a while to see these changes take place. We have experienced some major hiccups with the software but the staff are keen at fixing any issues that may arise. We would like to see improvements on the overall reliability of this program but for now it covers all our basic security needs(tours, report writing, vehicle management) and we are excited to see what the future holds in store.

Comments: Axis Security use Tracktik to supply our Patrol Solution for our UK based security sites. The system is easy to setup and use and gives us the confidence and proof that patrols are being carried out correctly. The report writing function has allowed us to enhance the patrols by giving the officers the ability to complete a report either specific to the location or a generic incident report and the use of photos to back the report up gives us a professional services to our clients.

Comments: All pros!!! Management is able to quickly review all of the hard work their team(s) have performed. Also easy to identify areas for improvement. Utilizing the reports function has made report writing and management incredibly effortless. All reports now paperless and available within seconds. The software support is top notch; the TrackTik team has been extremely responsive to any concerns. Any issues have been resolved almost immediately.

Comments: This system is one of the only guard management systems that uses the NFC technology in Samsung Smartphones. I have used many guard management systems, but none of them provide the "real time accountability" that TrackTik does. The pro, is that the system is feature rich and works as an amazing sales tool. The con, is that this is still a startup company, so it's common to have a feature not work properly or malfunction from time to time. However the program does continue to evolve and I like that my input can help it get were I would like it to be.

Comments: Pros - TrackTik has a number of features that can benefit any security provider. The platform is very easy to use from an operations perspective as well as from an in the field perspective. The ease of customizing reports and providing analytics simply wows the customers. The Customer Service team at TrackTik is amazing as well. They are very responsive and when you do have an issue, it is resolved quickly.

Cons - There are very few cons with the exception of an occasional connectivity issue. I wish some of the features could be a little more customizable to meet our business needs. For example, it would be nice if the time keeping schedule from TrackTik was able to match our payroll week. It would be nice to be able to change some of the other features like when we receive inactive user notices, etc. All in all though, best product on the market!
