Pros: As someone mentioned here, it was great about 15 years ago.
Don't have to use a cloud based system

Cons: Nothing seems to mesh and flow...difficult to train anyone on.
Updates are few and far between
Service can be almost impossible to get.

Overall: We've been using WenSin for over 20 years. That's not because we like it, but because once you've used a system for any time, you're married to it. Moving information to a new system is time consuming and expensive.

Recommendations to other buyers: Without a doubt, the software you choose today will affect you way down the road. Choose carefully.

Comments: Pros: Not hard to teach and learn. Mostly gets the job done.

Cons: Looks archaic. Customizing letters and reports are restricted to crystal reports. We have had several database problems over the years. For some reason it prints receipts that are 1 character too big for a standard receipt printer.

Comments: The software is o.k., doesn't nearly compare to SiteLink or Centershift but is easy to learn and use. Limited to standard pre-formatted reports, no customizing of reports.

The customer support is slow to respond to your problems, either the gate software of the tenant management software. You may be down for days before they call you back, or your gate could not be functioning because they don't call you back to fix a software problem
