### "Without it I couldn't do my job!"

It is easy to use and their customer support is great and helpful!

Pros

I love this software. I use it everyday and without it I wouldn't be able to accomplish my job properly. It efficient and has everything one would need to start up a self-storage company.

Cons

It is a little outdated. Just the design of the program is a little old and could be updated.

The software is o.k., doesn't nearly compare to SiteLink or Centershift but is easy to learn and use. Limited to standard pre-formatted reports, no customizing of reports. The customer support is slow to respond to your problems, either the gate software of the tenant management software. You may be down for days before they call you back, or your gate could not be functioning because they don't call you back to fix a software problem

### "Decent product but outdated"

It allows our customers to have access even when the office is closed. We can easily allow/deny access to our tenants.

Pros

This is a decent product. Are some training, the software is relatively easy to use. You can monitor your gate access, and look at multiple types of reports to view who accessed the property after hours.

Cons

Our facility has been using it for years, but it is quite outdated. You can upgrade, but it would be more cost effective to switch to a different company that has more affordable plans, and better customer service. The customer service is basically non-exhistent. It takes days to get a response via phone and or email, and even if you get a response, it usually isnt that helpful. I get help from my local computer guy instead of even bothering with WinSen when there is an issue.

### "Don’t do it!"

Pros

The only positive is that it works well with Winsen gates. That’s really it.

Cons

It looks like a software built in the late 80s/early 90s. Nothing has changed about it. It’s hard to maneuver. We spent a lot of money on just training new hires to learn the software, which is really sad in 2018.

### "Not Up to Date"

Pros

The only pro was that once you purchased the software, you did not have to pay for it again unless you made upgrades or installed add ons.

Cons

Was not user friendly, does not integrate well with systems such as keypads or other websites/softwares. Behind on the new features such as text messaging, current email systems, auto payments, etc. Customer Support was costly and rude. We have since made the move to a more update, user friendly software.

### "Needs an Overhaul"

We've been using WenSin for over 20 years. That's not because we like it, but because once you've used a system for any time, you're married to it. Moving information to a new system is time consuming and expensive.

Pros

As someone mentioned here, it was great about 15 years ago. Don't have to use a cloud based system

Cons

Nothing seems to mesh and flow...difficult to train anyone on. Updates are few and far between Service can be almost impossible to get.

### "DODGE A BULLET!!!"

ZERO! They are AWFUL AND RUDE!!!

Pros

NOT ONE THING AT THIS POINT TO SPEAK OF! Still not working after a month, a lot of money and MANY hours of time to invested!

Cons

Customer service is HORRENDOUS! Rude and make you feel like you are doing THEM a favor! In my 30+ years of owning and operating businesses I have NEVER experienced such awful customer service. I was actually told “you aren’t my only client, I’m not going to hold you hand!” Mind you...I had the software installed a month ago and it STILL isn’t working! I have several thousand dollars tied up in this and I cannot get support and the owner has yet to return my call after SEVERAL voicemails. I would steer clear of this company... believe me you will dodge a bullet!

Pros: Not hard to teach and learn. Mostly gets the job done. Cons: Looks archaic. Customizing letters and reports are restricted to crystal reports. We have had several database problems over the years. For some reason it prints receipts that are 1 character too big for a standard receipt printer.
