"Makes submitting a bid easier"
Pros: Submitting a bid proposal is not easy to begin with. This helps make it a little easier with lots of navigation and options of how to view and submit your bid
Cons: Generally bid submissions are not fun or easy so some of the options seem very generic but ultimately they make the process easier
"Easy as 1-2-3"
Overall: Recently posted an RFP using the new format. The process was simple and the fields were sequential and easy to populate. Published in a matter of minutes. I did call customer support to review before publishing and as usual they were fantastic.
Pros: easy to use
"OK platform, but no results"
Overall: NONE
Pros: It is a reasonably easy to use platform. There are many construction projects to search through. There are a number of drill down menus to use.
Cons: It was hard to isolate the projects that had AV items in them. I did not find many projects for what we do in the AV business, and I did not get any work from these projects.
"Efficient and Easy to Use"
Overall: BidNet / SourceSuite has made distribution and tracking of our formal solicitations so much easier!
