Pros Wir haben ingentis org.manager als einen extrem flexibles Tool bzgl. der Darstellungsmöglichkeiten von Organisationsstrukturen und zugehöriger Kennzahlen, inkl. der Möglichkeit diese in Offline-Formate (e.g. PDF/PPT) zu exportieren schätzen gelernt. Weiterhin hat uns die Fähigkeit überzeugt mit dem Tool künftige Organisationsänderungen simulieren zu können, bzw. diese gegen die aktuelle Organisationsstruktur (oder eine historische) vergleichen zu können. Die Integration mit unserem HRIS erfolgte mit SAP "Bordmitteln" und wurde von ingentis sehr gut unterstützt.
