### "Easy to use and customizable background check software"

Pros

At an enterprise level, you can customize this service and integrate it with your current tracking systems. You can choose your specific branch or location, and only choose from a list of checks that your organization uses. This makes billing really streamlined. It also integrates with our tracking system, so as a background check completes, or associate profile is automatically updated with an “eligible” or “ineligible” status.

Cons

Reporting is difficult. You sort of have to pull all the data of every background check your account has run, and try and sort through the data from there. Customer service is also difficult to get a response from if there is an issue with a check or service.

Pros

I think the layout of the background screens are very user friendly. Background screens (7-year county criminal) return in about 2-3 business days and National criminal screens return same day or next day. Customer service usually replies next business day but they are helpful! Clear break-down of cost and alerts to keep you updated across the nation where they may experience delays. For drug testing applicants get an email with everything they need - the recruiter is automatically CCed in on those messages so you can print or forward back out the email as needed. Overall not bad and was my preferred service to use for a long time - we have found PeopleG2 to be faster for getting screens back to us but the First Advantage site was more user-friendly and easier to understand. You can also review a log of when the specialist is checking in, making changes, and you can push out customer service requests from the screening page so it automatically fills in the information of the person you are asking about.

Cons

You need to call the 'National Scheduling Center' to change/update drug screening requests. Previous to First Advantage we used a tool called 'eDrugs' or something like that and we could update the screening requests online for the applicant. It is cumbersome to sit on hold to get a location changed and if you are doing high-volume recruiting it can become a nightmare. We honestly just started entering in a new screening request when we needed location changes. This will be different for everyone though and maybe not such an issue if you have fewer facilities to choose from to start. Overall this is a good product and was the fastest vendor in terms of returning screens to us for a long time. A lot of advantages.

We were able to increase the speed at which we can provide a formal drug screen to our candidates, resulting in quicker results for our clients.

Pros

The process for requesting drug screens has become much quicker than our previous vendor, and results seem to come back much quicker.

Cons

The background check process is still taking longer than ideal for our clients. Part of this is due to the state's record-keeping policies, but we were hoping to improve our completion time to get quicker results and fill our open positions more efficiently.

The overall experience is average as there is a lot of room for improvement especially in case of customer support and the application. They could also make the system smooth by reducing the transition time.

Pros

FADV is an online background check vendor, which facilitates and suffice the background check requirements for employment. Enterprise FADV is one of the most preferred screening vendor for most of our Clients. The turnaround time for the criminal checks is fast as compared to other background check companies that we have. Regarding the other sections like employments and education, the clearance depends on how soon they are able to get a response from the respective school/company. The international searches takes about 10-15 days and under certain circumstances, it may take up to 1 month for countries like India. They do not accept the documentation in order to verify or mark the search complete. They will still show a remark or red flag on the report along with the comment but they do provide an option to adjudicate the report, which is the final alternative to mark the report complete. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate but the transition from one screen to other is little slow so the initial process of initiating a background check takes time. It provides a flexible arrangement to complete the application-it can be completed by the employee or the employer can complete it on his/her employee’s behalf. The application is extensive and asks for very specific information thus all the required documents/information must be present in front of you in order to initiate with any interruption.

Cons

The customer support team could get better. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with them. Their customer service number has many instructions one has to wait for approximately 10-15 minutes before they can speak to a human. The online chat support system is also terrible and takes around same amount of time before you can connect with somebody. They will disconnect automatically if you do not response even for a minute.

Pros

This is a great site to get all the BGC and Drug test completed for the candidates. Their customer support team is really responsive and solves the queries quickly.

Cons

The site has a lag sometimes while filling and uploading the details.

Pros

Enterprise Advantage are excellent, versatile and best application for Background Check, Drug screening entity. It would be the best option to screen the candidates details in respect to Personal details, Educational background and Photo ID details like Driving license, Passport etc. Enterprise Advantage can able to get the Criminal record, Any offensive activities, Educational background check either Local to country and International Background checks options.

Cons

For international background we have to get the Educational Certificate externally from the candidates
