Document controller Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Overall positive with a steel learning curve" January 17, 2018 4.0 It allows me to interact with my companies clients quickly and keeps all of our documents organised and in one place Pros I found that once I had gotten past the learning curve, the system was pretty self explanatory and I appreciated the helpful hints to complete documents. Cons When I was learning to use the soft wear, it wasn't very intuitive, and as someone who doesn't learn well from videos I would have preferred to read a PDF. Also, it would be helpful if the site mentioned on the front page which internet browsers the soft wear is compatible with. I can share data with my project team, including client, consultant and contractor staff. Cons I find it difficult to navigate around and find information. " January 18, 2018 4.0 Pros The record keeping aspect , specifically with RFIs is particularly useful and efficient. It has helped me keep track of request for information made and for me to keep a record of what documents have been issued and responded to. The document sharing aspect is definitely a great thing about the software as it enables one to view dwg folders and share large documents that cannot be sent via email. Cons It's difficult to understand things like commenting on drawings and how to edit these. I also find it difficult to understand who has access to certain documents. Review Source pA peter A.
