Really can’t fault overall offering. We were looking for a solution to help manage Covid booking system and recording contact details for players and this absolutely did the job. Bonus is that as we are a summer sport (outdoor bowls) we can ‘pause’ our subscription and reactivate each year.

Pros

Technology solution worked really well for us - very positive feedback from our members. And whenever we have needed to make contact for support the response has been exceptionally quick and v.helpful. Tremendous service and overall value. Thank you.

Cons

A minor issue with some of the descriptions on the mandatory fields caused a little confusion and could be clearer - but minor issues.

Pros

The website is simple, easy to use, and does its job. It was annoying when you couldn't use it on a mobile, but they've fixed that now. And it's free, so value for money is outstanding!

Cons

It would be great if there was an iOS app, but now that the website works on mobile devices, this is not a big deal.

Pros

So easy to use! Has helped simplify our conference room scheduling process for our non-profit partners. No more paper calendars or confusing processes. This is the best software and is reasonably priced.

Cons

Nothing, this software is GREAT to use. I cannot think of a single con! It truly has changed the way we help our community because we have simplified our scheduling process.

Control of my room scheduling, which is critical to running a multi-service senior center with over 70 activities and classes a week.

Pros

Primary benefit for us is the ability to schedule almost any type of recurring entry, by the week, by the same day every month or by the same weekday every month. Critical for our needs.

Cons

Would like to be able to modify recurring entries without having to start over. It seems you have to delete the entry and then start with a new entry.

What has made it for me so far has been the customer service. We have had 24/7 support from our dedicated support manager, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. He has been a brilliant support to our team, has been on hand at all hours to assist and clearly really understands the product. He's been patient with my many questions and is always a pleasure to speak with. He adapted the tool to our needs from day 1 and completely won us over with his willingness to help. Really impressed and loving Skedda so far. Would defintiely reccommend.

Pros

This is a great piece of software. It's not over complicated, and is understandable at all levels. Clear UX and great integrations with Microsoft and Slack.

Cons

Nothing to note yet.

Pros

visibility of every booking and easy access to cancellations. Yo can see who booked and where they booked.

Cons

The constant logging, At first I had trouble with my booking because when you are the administrator, you don't see your name on the bookings.

We used to have paper calendars in our boardrooms and some users were not paying attention to details so there were a lot of misunderstandings with the bookings and some people even wrestled for a space in the boardroom.

Pros

The software is pretty easy to use and it let you to implement certain restrictions that are essential on a daily basis in order to maintain the control and to serve everyone.

Cons

It took me a long time to find a software like this one, I wish you can advertise it in more channels, because this is very useful.

Very simple to setup. Very simple to use. Users find it easy and can get to it on their phone. Good level of customization for each space.

Cons

Would love an actual mobile app. But the responsive design of the website is easy to use. Copy functions would also be nice to have.

Very good, we have not had any problem with using it.

Pros

This is so easy to use, setting up is a breeze and keeping up to date with bookings is simple. I looked around for something to manage our room bookings. I use the free version as we are a very small non-profit community organisation. As an organisation we are starting to grow and I know that SKEDDA will be our first purchase when we out grow the free version. Once you start using SKEDDA you won't want to change. Also customer support is very good to.

Cons

No obvious Cons. Just that some of the feature that would be useful require an upgrade. We are not quite ready to do this yet.

it is easy to use and it is up to date and a very helpful system. At our company we have used it for about 12 months and all of our staff can see the system, we were using a paper booking system before the Skedda is so much more reliable for our company, it is fool proof.

it does not refresh automatically, it would be nice if you could custom the colour of the page and the bookings.

It has been excellent

Pros

We are a small Tennis Club and needed a booking system immediately once our courts reopened in May due to the new requirements as a result of Covid 19. I selected this one afternoon and had it configured in a couple of hours. The online support was excellent with a response in less than an hour even on a Sunday afternoon. Excellent product very easy to configure, very reasonable and excellent online support.

I haven't really found anything that I dislike about the product as it fits our purpose very well

Skedda was a very positive experience and ticked many boxes that we required for our tennis club booking system. Best of all is the support I got from the Skedda team - always available and willing to help.

Pros

Our tennis club needed a cost effective and user friendly way to manage court bookings and I'm so glad that I discovered Skedda. It's easy to set up and understand, very feature rich and well designed.

Cons

There are a few features that we required that were not available but the Skedda team took our requirements and passed them to development for consideration.

Pros

It's easy to use and make bookings, and its quick to share with other room users. I can see all bookings for the day, week and month at the click of a button.

Cons

The only con is really nothing to do with Skedda but it will not accept new users where they have the same email address as an old user. Unfortunately it does not state who the user with the same email address is, and in a big company it can be hard to track down. Sometimes people have left the company but the email address is still associated with them and they are no longer contactable.
