It was a vital piece of booking software that helped us through the Covid-19 issues and made it simple to book a rink on the green.

Pros

It was easy to set up and easy to use, allowing a link to be sent to other members by email or messenger made easy access for them. Recorded all members details once logged on, which made booking a slot easy without having to enter their full details every time.

Cons

We used the free version, did not know what the prices were for full version could not find them.

I'm Club Secretary of a thriving Youth Football Club and constantly on the look out for ways to revolutionise the way we do things. Everyone involved in the running of the club is a volunteer and like most people, time is precious and better spent coaching the kids than battling admin. With numerous teams across age groups ranging from U5's to U18's, one of our problems has always been allocating the pitches that we have, whether it be for training or for matches. Skedda has now completely removed this headache for us, making it very easy for us to see when and where there is likely to be a fixture clash. I've given all of the coaches admin access to the site and they can enter their own fixtures and rearrange kick-off times to suite. I would definitely say that Skedda is an absolute must for all sports teams and as we approach the end of our first season using it, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The customer service levels have been spot-on also, with any early queries I had answered swiftly and with good humour. Top job guys, keep up the good work.

It's been good so far. Traditionally, meeting rooms were managed by the front lobby or the security. Now it's all online and paperless.

Pros

I used Skedda in the shared offices that I held my meetings in. It was fairly easy and it made things systematic.

Cons

What I dont like is because Skedda has made the room booking process so easy, some people abuse it by booking rooms but end up not using it. I find myself looking at empty "booked" rooms.

Pros

Quick and easy, I even like the little messages you get when you have booked something in! It is very easy to edit or cancel bookings too, which I like

Cons

None that I can think of, other then not being able to see all spaces on one screen, when you have a few different ones.

Very helpful in keeping our office schedules and spaces organized.

Pros

In my office we have 3 different small companies sharing the same office space. Skedda helps us organize all of our calendars so that everyone can reserve spaces for when they need it on one calendar.

Cons

There are some basic features you are only able to do as an admin that I think should be available to all, for example deleting recurring events.

Pros

This software was so easy to set up and implement, great reviews from all my users. Managing meeting rooms and offices on over 6 level of building was difficult before, now with Skedda i do not have to worry!

Cons

for what i have been using it for, managing 5 spaces in 1 building. there are 0 cons with this product. Possibly to add pictures/thumbnails to each space for users to see before booking ?

Skedda is great for managing shared spaces and rooms.

Pros

Shared spaces are easier to manage using this tool as it works on a first come first served basis. Bookings are also time framed reducing conflicts.

Cons

This app performs as expected. I did not discover any errors or issues whilst using it. I think its really great.

Skedda made room scheduling simple, with everyone able to view and schedule rooms as needed, and see who was scheduled into a room.

Pros

Very easy to setup and use, intuitive, required no support, visually simple, no user training required.

Cons

For our use there is nothing negative I can think of.

Pros

Ease of use plus security. I know who is able to make bookings and only I can cancel thus errors are minimised

Cons

Occasionally it is not easy to find bookings that need changing particularly if they are one that are recurring

A free, easy to use system to book different spaces in our equestrian grounds. Reduced workload for the admin person.

Pros

I really like the clarity and simplicity of the Skedda software. It's easily set up to suit different situations. And, it's free! Great for a small community club like ours.

Cons

The only real disadvantage is that users can't see who else has booked a space. We got around it by giving reliable members the admin login.

The therapists at my clinic are now able to book their therapy rooms via the software rather than text me manual bookings - it's given me my life back!

Pros

I run a multi-discipline clinic with over 30 therapists. Up till now they would text me their room bookings and my life was not my own. They now book direct onto the Skedda software and even the most IT phobic have got to grips with it easily.

Cons

There is very little we like about the software. Sometimes on a mobile it's a bit cumbersome to select a room number as the dropdown menu comes out illegible due to being too narrow a measure.

Pros

What I like most about Skedda is that they have figured out a way to make their offering simple and robust at the same time. It's super simple to log in and move bookings, but you're also provided with tons of tracking options which is really helpful.

Cons

Really no complaints here. Skedda has been a pleasant surprise and provides a lot of different options.

Easy access and ease of use for my staff.

Pros

I enjoy the flexibility and ease of use. The options for privacy and members are all very well thought out and easily customizable for user needs. Even our most technologically challenged staff are able to navigate and book the room needed. Whenever I had any questions a quick email was sent and within the day it was replied. I have fully appreciate the response time from the Skedda staff.

Cons

The pricing can be steep for some companies who are in the education or non commission companies.

Pros

It is a service that is very easy to configure and use! It is like an immediate response to any question you may have and excellent customer service that is worth noting.

Cons

Some people have had problems resetting their password when they forgot it. When you need to interrupt a series, delete it from the date it was selected.

From the day of my first enquiry into Skedda the team have been a great help and have been there to answer any questions that have come up in a really quick and proffessional manner. The system itself is incredibly user-friendly and everyone using it from our office has picked it up in a matter of minutes. Skedda is a great product at an even better price!

It is so simple to use and you update a whole year of regular bookings in a matter of seconds

It would be great if when booking slots, we could change the colour of the boxes to make it instantly recognizable who has booked

I used this tool daily to reserve call booths as a Remote Year traveler. It's easy to use, and involves minimal clicks to book a space!

Cons

Sometimes I cannot cancel an event after booking it, but I think that's an admin-level setting, and not Skedda's fault.

I was searching for something for our non-profit community organisation to book rooms for consultation, training and counselling services. It had to be easy to use, clean user interface, and do what we needed without having to spend a fortune, (being a non-profit organisation, we simply don't have funding for enterprise scale software.) Skedda came to the rescue! What an amazing product! Our volunteer staff are not computer savvy by any means but have easily adapted to Skedda's ease of use and clean look, taking very little training to get them operating with confidence. The customer service team has been outstanding, and always reply back with any questions I have. It is evident that they actually care about the development and the user experience, for that we are truly grateful.

Our business manages a sports facility with a wide variety of sporting facilities: tennis, soccer, badminton, basketball, netball and volleyball. As such, it can be complicated to link in the various facilities together so that it remains user friendly whilst also being functional in making one space unavailable should another parent space be booked out. Skedda has managed to help achieve this and I have found that they have always responded in a timely manner with all our queries too. Admittedly we have occasionally detected some minor flaws within the booking system however again they have responded quickly to and address and resolve these issues. So overall we have been satisfied with our use of Skedda over the last 6 months and we expect to continue using Skedda for some time yet.
