We need this software to do bookings for space, meeting rooms for example.

Pros

Very user-friendly, If you make a mistake it lets you know, so you can easily make corrections. The Technical support are very helpful and always there to assist you.

Cons

I would like to be able to print out the data for stats, for example: if I had a repeat booking it would just show dates and repeat booking without every showing every booking in detail.

I really like the Booking software. I like the clean viewing and easy-to-use features. Though some important features that other software on the marked have are missing (p.e. acceptance of the booking by a supervisor or a secretary, the booking of specific electronic equipment available for the rooms, ecc.) I find the cost of the premium edition expensive, especially if the software is used by little churches or non-profit organizations like mine. Unfortunately for this reason I will not use or buy Skedda Bookings.

Pros

Ease of use. It is idiot proof. I deployed it and I have had few users asking how to use it. And people at my office are quite tech averse...

Cons

It allows the software to be used for free if you have 5 spaces/resources. I wish it were 10! I suggest you do a trial with a pilot group using the free trial before you deploy it just to be sure it will work for you...

A pleasant experience in easily managing clients booking

Pros

Very user friendly. Easy to learn in minutes with little to no experience needed. I'm new to the software because of a change in management but that doesn't stop me from using the program at all. I feel like I've used this software before despite being new to the company and only have been exposed for a week.

Easy facility management for multiple users.

Pros

Allows multiple users to remotely view and book the pitches and facilities at our football club. The pitches can be broken down to 1/4 and 1/2 pitch sections and relationships setup to avoid cross bookings.

Cons

Standard users can't see who has made pitch bookings. Should be able to zoom out on schedule to see whole day.

Managing conference room bookings shouldn't be a challenge. And in an organization that's using Office365, it isn't. But when you're sharing space with multiple subtenants this becomes more complicated. We tried making this work with shared Google calendars, which was cumbersome. After a bit of looking around, we found . While we don't make full use of everything Skedda has to offer (e.g., payment processing), its interface, permission management and iCal features make it a great solution for us. Customer service is fantastic and they are committed to timely and thoughtful enhancements. I wish there was a companion app, but Skedda's mobile optimization is quite good.

I have tried four online booking systems over the last 18 months, with each of the others, there has been a complication that has made for difficulties in the administration even with the best possible support from the web managers. Not so with it has shown itself to be a powerful system the free version is very generous and flexible. Very easy to set up and the difficulties I had to start with ( which were of my own making ) were rapidly sorted out by the site admin. team. I would like see slightly more control of the users information but that is being refined bit by bit. The feed back I get from my users is that it is robust, easy to use and reliable.

Less confusion in room booking. No double booking.

Pros

How easy it is to understand . Minimal learning curve. It was easy to get our 25 practitioners on board with their smartphones as well.

Cons

I really can't think of any. I guess it would be good if it integrated with other calendars. It might, but I just haven't found how yet.

I first found last August and was very excited about the possibilities of using to schedule a 40+ soccer facility. At that time, it would not accommodate that many locations. I used for small facility scheduling for the winter and worked great, report that was generated did not show actual space booked. Since then, they have made updates to include the spaces in the reports and to accommodate up to 60 spaces. Currently using to schedule over 50 locations. The ical link is awesome to pull into other calendars. Now our parents can find out exactly when and where they practice and teams can find open space to book games. Great Job!

Pros

The private practice I work at recently started using this software to manage our schedules of when someone is going to use a room in the office. It has been so helpful with organization and allowed us to be more at ease with the knowledge that we will have a room reserved for when we schedule an appointment. It has been a great tool to help us manage and plan things.

Cons

I was not able to easily find how to delete an appointment when I needed to remove it.

It's made booking multiple meeting rooms much simpler, plus we can access it from any computer in our office.

Pros

It's easy to add and see each booking, and to make changes as needed. My whole staff uses it with ease.

Cons

I wish the monthly tab displayed more like a traditional calendar, otherwise I think it is a great product.

I am able to go paper free with my reservation system. I am able to print reports by user easily and the software sends confirmations to my users upon booking.

This app is great for shared spaces or boardrooms as it allows for a convenient way to book usage of facilities. The easy to use web portal is very user friendly

I think this app should allow basic users to be able to see who has booked a slot instead of just reflecting that the venue is in use and hiding the rest of the details

Very good for the great price of free! Very easy to use and I like that we can share across emails.

Pros

It allows me to organize the multiple rental spaces and event spaces among the entire museum. We are not overbooking space any longer!

Cons

That you only get so many rooms for free. Of course, we can purchase a premium package to get the extra features but I only need 1 or 2 more slots.

Reason for choosing Skedda

It was free and easy-to-learn software.
