In regards to the payments amounts, our system allows for both automatic payroll as well as manual payments for hours. You can also send "one-time" payments to your members. But I became disgusted with it at the end because my credit card was wrongly charged for multiple accounts and those were not active accounts. Sales Agent Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Timesheet for Employees Application" April 13, 2019 4.0 Pros It is easy to install in my desktop and when its installed and you have chosen the campaign you just login, you stop it during breaks or lunch then log back in as soon as you start working again. What is good is that it gives you the total hours logged in everyday so you can check and edit some hours and have it approved. You submit your Hubstaff total hours depending on your cutoff within the company. Hubstaff also gives screenshot every 5 minutes so it would capture work related open applications you have on your PC. Cons So far I like the application, compared to other time tracking applications, this is the easiest to use my employees. No need to click or choose any task if you have a change of task. Simply login and logout during breaks and off. Since it gives a screenshot of what the agent does, then it will give accurate result to the management if the agent is really productive or not. Cons So far the only thing that I'm getting a little hung up on is reassigning "idle time" when using the widget, and the pop up screen that populates when I've been idle for a period of time. I want to make sure that the team isn't just reassigning idle time to the most recent project/client they were working on prior to becoming idle so our data is accurate and not bloated. It's easier than doing math constantly on the invoice. Pros Just click start and stop. Very easy to use and track time on your projects. Cons Seems it takes a lot of RAM to run, so when I'm doing multiple programs at once I think it contributes to the computer being slow or freezing. I wish it could run in the background somehow. I like it best because it doesn't lag when I used it and it doesn't slow my computer down. Pros I like that it's not heavy on my computer but can still take the necessary screenshots and task recording. It also integrates easily with several of the other apps that I use for work, so that's a win. I can just complete a task via Hubstaff and it automatically completes the Asana task connected to it. That's a timesaver. Cons Every time there's a new update, just updating the app I've already installed doesn't work. I have to uninstall and reinstall the tracker manually each time. Cons For the Time off Part, I think having an option for lodging leave requests as "days" in addition to the only option right now as "hours" will be a good improvement. I also liked the different integrations it has. It was also crucial that the program was stable on both windows, Mac and smartphones. Cons That it mainly caters to companies hiring freelancers and not directly to freelancers themselves. As a solo freelancer it isn’t as great of a buy. It's been a little bumpy and up and down...with trying to get my office of Mac users integrated, with them getting used to play and stop. Just kind of a group of people not used to keeping time. Pros I love how it has an app and my employees can jump in and out of things - create new tasks. I love that you integrated the task app and have been updating that. Cons Hate that you have to open up the dashboard to add assignees to tasks. Don't like the clutter of some of the reporting. I've had issues with integrating the task app and user problems. It is not optimized well enough for the user side. Cons Worst customer service and support. I have stopped using the product for few months and suddenly today got charged by 20$ out of blue. Even we did not activate any service. Customer support saying that our account is still active then how come last 4-5 months we did not charge any single penny and suddenly the account got activated and charged 20$. It is really simple to use and effective in tracking time and managing your activities. It was easy to install this software. The number of hours I have worked daily gets sent to my email. It also offers a number of updates recommended to users regularly, which are really quick to setup. Pros I liked the fact that this time tracking software is really simple to use. Once downloaded it can simply be turned on everyday by just clicking the start button. Also, the time and activities can easily be checked on the Hubstaff website.
