Pros Super easy to use. Choose the project and hit "play". I also really appreciate that it detects when I'm not active for a while and automatically prompts me to remove any time, then either resume or stop timing. Cons Like all time trackers, I often forget to start it... and end up starting it later and adjusting manually. I'm not sure if there's a mobile app, but I definitely forget to start it in meetings. As a remote worker, it's helped me maintain a good reputation with my leaders and also has helped me manage my day a lot better. Pros We use this at my job. The app is super stable and on the user end of things, always works as expected. My favorite feature is the productivity score especially as it notifies you via email when your productivity is consistently high. Def helps you stay motivated. On the admin side, you get a really solid report on your user activity which helps drive better accountability across the team. Cons It definitely requires one to onboard themselves. It's not the more userfriendly UI, though they do have plenty of user documentation. It's really simple to use and it's even fun and motivating to check the amount that you are going to receive bases on the work time. Pros Hubstaff is really simple for our collaborators to use to track their work time. It's nice because you can config the hourly rate of the collaborator, and when the team member starts the timer, it automatically starts to calculate the total amount of money gained on that period.
