Pros

The ease at which you can track your time on projects and individual tasks within those projects. The cross platform apps are absolutely wonderful.

Cons

The limitations of the Chrome version of the app, as well as the interface of the MacOS app, which is a bit clunky in my opinion.

This is great to keep track of employees who don't work in the office. In this time of covid it is a needed tool. But to get real use out of it you need the pay version not the free one.

Pros

time tracking software that is simple to understand and easy to use. lets your follow the work of employees work. Lets you know if they are really working. You can take screen shots of what they are working on. Great for remote worker, Keeps honest people honest. Has GPS tracking so you know where the employees are. Employees don't get to report their time, time is accurately tracked with the software

Cons

Not really needed if your employees are working in the office. Some employees don't want to use it because they feel lit is spying on them. Has a free and paid version. You will not get much use out of the free version. For it to be useful you need the paid version.

### "Great way to review overseas employees work"

It’s a great way to have employees work on their own time!

Pros

I love to use this when we have an outsource project. It allows me to view their progress on a project, as well as bill me for time spent on project. It’s easy and I get a receipt from the system directly so I can send money via PayPal or bank transfer.

Cons

The only con I have with the free version is that you can’t pay directly within the system, but that’s mostly just because it’s the free version.

Great if you need timetracking with screenshots, though the interface is kinda overcrowded, and half of the features are unusable because of permissions.

Pros

fast app, non intrusive weekly reports way to add notes

Cons

complicated to set up tasks features which are not available should be hidden as UI is overcrowded

Payroll hour tracking, reporting of time spent per client, and oversight on company work.

Pros

Hubstaff works just like it should, tracking time against a project (we use it to track time against client work). It can also help report how much of a projects budget you've used based on the time worked.

Cons

Hubstaff could really benefit from better exporting customization. Sending something to an Excel sheet is pretty limited in how you can structure it.

Pros

Geo-Location tracking was the most desirable feature as our team members are mainly active on the site. The simple interface and ease of use of the mobile application adds more value.

Cons

\- The limitations in the user roles makes it difficult assign access permissions to members in the organization. - Would also recommend for more templates and features for Sales team perspective.

Time tracking from your phone should allow you to transition between time zones without adding/losing tracked time as long as your phone's clock automatically adjusts. I like it, price is a bit high, but overall it is good value for money.

Pros

Software is easy to use, it is not prone to crashes or bugs, you can work without worry about time being clocked.

Cons

There are some problems when it comes to exporting monthly based work into pdf formats. That part of reporting could used some additional hours.

I am very satisfied with the service and it has helped me achieve targets set and has been a very positive user experience as an administrator and user. The Hubstaff application once used will not let the customer search for any other similar product with their timely updates to resolve issues and incorporate new features.

Pros

The way each and every feature is shown and the detailed manner of representation leaves no room for confusion. Managing resources and activity tracker is top-notch. Updates provided are in a timely manner as well. Overall very satisfied with Hubstaff.

Cons

The application takes time initially to update the login time and duration as the activity is started for the day by any user and probably it is due to the fact that it waits for internet connection for session update. Not a major hindrance and is manageable.

I find Hubstaff to be useful for my team. They can easily log in and track their work and hours. However, it did take some time for me to figure out how to pull the reports that I need and I have to click through multiple fields each time I need to pull the same payroll report. If that report could be customized and available on my home page or even emailed to me every two weeks, it would save me a lot of time. Overall, I think you have a great base product here, but the UX could use some serious work.

Pros

I love the many different reports that I can pull. All of the information is there if you know how to use it. I like that I have an overview of my team and what they are working on and this tool has helped us to establish trust in our remote team.

Cons

The user experience is poor. I found the software to be clunky and many features were hidden in areas that were not natural for use. Pulling basic reports, like individual hours worked during the week should be readily accessible. It would be wonderful to be able to customize reports and have them sent to me on a bi-monthly basis for payroll purposes. Having a home page that gives me all the of the information that I need at the click of a button is what would really make this tool shine.

Hubstaff is really beneficial for remote employers as well as users. Especially for employers, they can easily monitor if their staff is really working or not. The screenshot is easily tracked as well. For users, they can know how productive they are in a day which they can monitor, evaluate and will lead to better work.

Pros

It can measure my activity rate, the length of time I use a certain application, and everyday emails of my daily work summary, from this I can easily monitor and evaluate my productivity.

Cons

\-Email of daily work summary is sometimes incorrect. -Hubstaff time wasn't accurate most of the time after editing it, for example, Today, I deleted time for certain person on my team for this day and then next day, time is there again like I didn't edit it. -Time didn't sync immediately especially if the staff turned off the computer immediately. -Hubstaff takes time to load most of the time.

We are very satisfied with the overall product. The customer service is very prompt and friendly. That's the best part of it. The interface is also beautifully designed.

Pros

The most amazing feature that we use it for is to generate the number of hours spent on each project. It helps us in making crucial decisions related to pricing.

Cons

Sometimes system takes time to generate reports if you have more than 50 users that you are generating the reports for. It works faster for a small team but for larger teams, generating reports can be time taking. Although there are some workarounds for that, it is still time-taking.

Clean and easy to use interface. Monitoring and time tracking of remote teams of workers at an affordable price. The customer service has been exceptional. They have provided training and step by step assistance whenever I needed it.

Cons

Haven't run into any major issues with this software or the use of it. So I can't really complain about it.

### "Way too complicated/complex."

Time-consuming. It's just an extra job to do.

Pros

I don't like anything about it. It's aimed at management/HR/payroll which means it's too complicated for other staff to navigate.

Cons

Everything is way too over-complicated, too many things to choose from, titles irrelevant to me, adds seconds to my timesheets but we have to correct this by removing them so why have them there in the first place - I don't get paid by the second! Needs to be SIMPLIFIED to suit the users' needs. It has basically created extra work.

Pros

Good software to track times and assign these to times to invoices. It is very easy to convert this directly into spreadsheets to get an overview where the time goes to.

Cons

There is only one thing right now where I would like to see some improvement and that is the fact that I assign a pay and a bill rate to a worker but can have individual rates per project if that person is assigned to different projects.
