### "Best tool I found to manage my remote team"

Pros

It made managing my overseas team easier. I was able to track hours and to make sure they were working on what they were supposed to be working on. Sometimes overseas employees will double book their time, work two jobs at once.

Cons

The interface could use some work to make it easier to find features. I sometimes got lot lost trying to do something.

Cons

Doesn't provide a quick access to the managment/reports from the app. You must login into the web app. Also, I would like to get a better functionality introducing task's comments.

They manage everything regarding the remote employees,

\- Support is slow, they reply after 24 hours and the issues don't be solved from the first time, so you need to contact them many times for many days for the same issue, which is horrible and wasting the time. - The pricing plan not clear, they didn't mention that the price is per user, per organization so if you are a manager or any team member in many organizations you will pay the subscription in all organizations. - They have some bugs with integration (Trello) some team members can't integrate - Timesheet for the custom period working for just one week, so I can't export the monthly timesheet

Overall I'm happy to use hubstaff as employee, at least it encourage me to improve my performance.

Pros

Hubstaff is good known for employee tracking tool. I like there random screen capture option in every 10 mins. This help employeer to showabout what employee are doing if they are WFH or remote work. Also Hubstaff application show the productivity like how much percentage you have used keybord and mouse.

Cons

Hubstaff is good, but I want there chrome extension features in there application as wel. In chrome extension it tell use what website person is visiting.

Overall it helped me to organize and use time more effectively which is a good thing as I was wasting more time browsing social media.

Pros

As a teacher, I need to get updated in my field and I have limited time in my hand, so I use HubSpot as my time management system. It helps me to get all my time spending under one roof and show me where I am wasting my time. It helps me to get more time for reading books and less on social media. I love how I can now visualizing my 24 hour time spending and get more time efficient.

Cons

I am not an expert on time management, but this workes for me. But sometimes it can't sync my offline data, which gets lost.

Pros

The price is right on Hubstaff. For an individual, the price point is very reasonable and I have, as a result, come to rely on Hubstaff for tracking all of my daily work. It is also super useful when collaborating with someone on a project, for keeping track of billable hours in a very effective way. I love being able to see screenshots of my subcontractors work and get real time time tracking of all their activities.

Cons

The user interface on the website took a bit of getting used to. I also feel like the desktop app could use a visual upgrade but this doesn't detract from the quality of the product itself.

Pros

I've been using hubstaff for almost a year and i never encounter any difficulty using it on my work. Very Reliable time tracking and easy to understand application.

It helps me keep track of my working hours and also shows me what I was doing at which times.

Pros

The dashboard has lots of options, I especially like the clear way it displays activity so you can see the hours you've worked with screenshots showing what you were doing at those times.

Cons

If you're working close to midnight, it sometimes jumps backwards 10 minutes so it says you've been working for 10 mins less than you have. A few of my colleagues have noticed this too. I think that's the only bug I've noticed though

It's been a fairly helpful software. I just wish the features were a little more robust so I could streamline more of my business/operating time.

Pros

It makes it easy to export time sheets in case I need to share with clients for projects that go over budget. I also like how it takes screenshots for employees who need more accountability.

Cons

I wish there was a way to set weekly budgets for projects; this would be helpful for retainer clients. Also, I wish there was a forecasting tool so I could assign hours to team members.

I'm solving monitoring problems with Hubstaff, and time organization issues, but with Hubstaff, I've actually never worried about those issues since Hubstaff integrates these very well and is able to address those concerns upfront and in an easy to use way overall.

Pros

The screenshots features is my most favorite feature because I can see often and monitor daily progress on work in my business with my partners and contractors.

Cons

The buttons and text for things are kind of smaller than I would like, and I don't like having to expand bars and menus, and would rather just see all the buttons simply upfront, but what hubstaff offers though is well worth it and makes up for these minor detailed shortfalls.

I'm getting the most out of my time, counting every second I spend working and showing my superiors how the work is being done.

Pros

Working remotely, is hard to keep a steady job schedule when you don't know exactly how much time you're spending on your job. With Hubstaff it's easy to keep track of the time, tasks and earnings in a remote setting. Clear activities, clear account with the boss.

Cons

The activity percentage seems a bit too sensitive. As a writer there are moments where I don't write but I have to read and not being able to just leave my keyboard or mousepad alone without decreasing my productivity seems a tad excessive.

I know this sounds crazy but this is the easiest and well organised software that I used in my entire working career. It is easy to understand and require a minimum explanation on how to use. Pros

I love the time tracking and screenshots to confirm the work was actually being done correctly. The training videos made setup super easy.

Cons

The reports were a little hard to set up, but it was a one-time thing and the help section was very useful.

It helps me to stay on track with the people that I manage. Plus the incorporation of Project Management tools is helpful to know which specific task a staff is doing

Pros

I can compare the software to some tools used in the BPO industry. Time tracking + reports in one. This gives ease of mind to the owner and know that the staff is productive even if they do not see each other.

Cons

Some people need a demo and tutorial in order to grasp the software. It would be easier if someone can train and do it live to address questions immediately and check any concerns so that clients don't have to keep going back and forth with the chat bubble.

Pros

That you can actually see how much you have worked in a day.

Cons

Turns off during calls, online meetings, etc. Then when you touch the mouse suddenly a window pops up to tell you about the time being scrapped. During a call too. Distracting! That has to be addressed.

Thanks for your feedback, As the tracker tracks keyboard and mouse activity this means any tasks that do not require keyboard/mouse activity will be classed as idle. If you are seeing idle time pop ups frequently or seeing that your time is being discarded after calls we recommend contacting your organization owner as they have control over the idle time and popups in their organization settings.
