I think it needs to be improved. For example weelky reports have a field AVG. I bet the features of the paid version are even better for multiple employees but I love this product and have already been recommending it to everyone! Pros I love the ease of using this software. I utilize the Extension on Google Chrome to track my time. It allows me to easily start time for any project and write notes about what I am working on. Then when it comes to billing I just export the CSV and create an invoice! Many members of my current team enjoy working with the software and I find that it does help me stay on task and working hard knowing that my hours will be reported accurately. Pros It's highly effective- I am able to accurately track my time and know that everyone is on the same page for their hours logged. It helps me stay productive and to know that the rest of my team is also working hard. Clients trust this and you gain credibility and trust letting your clients get a high-level view of what your working on and how much time you're billing them. Pros The feature set is great. It has an activity tracker that tracks time per project and takes random screenshots. The reports and dashboard are great for parsing through and understanding data. Clocking-in takes one click and being able to stop and start the timer is great for flexibility - particularly when traveling and spending a day in planes and airports. Cons There should be a way to quickly delete the last thirty seconds or minute of time without needing administrator approval, if, for example, you had to take a quick but important personal call and didn't stop the timer. You could then quickly take a little time off the timer. This could also help for accidentally going overtime by a few seconds (and causing a subsequent headache for payroll). Cons It's glitchy where if I change devices the timing is wrong and sometimes I worry if it will catch itself and revise so I always log in and then out again. I also am not a fan of Hubstaff's pricing structure. Even if you lost an information, because of the screenshots, were able to retrieve the information Pros First of all, I love how it looks like. The theme is cool to the eyes and it is easy to use! One thing that I found very useful is the screenshots. I have this issue the other day where I lost my customer's information bcos I need to restart my PC and I forgot to save everything. I was like OMG, where is it? Where is it? And then I remember Hubstaff. I went in and I found the information that I need. Also, even if you are using 2 screens, both will be captured which is great. Cons I think it is this time that I don't like. Before I am not having any issues but now, with the update that happened, the timer is not updating real time.
