Mobile time tracking app works great and is very easy to use without much headache, but the biggest advantage was being able to track employees and contractors time and productivity. It easily helped my company find two employees that were not efficient at their job. Great Platform but lacks many need features. Cons Outside of time tracking, it really wasn't a capable platform. It seems to try to hard to be a project management platform, and it just doesn't work well in that capacity. May 20, 2019 5.0 I will use this for my backup and small projects. It lags sometimes and takes a bit more ram which makes my pc lagging. I am using it as a solo for a website and it did a great job to visualise the time in the calendar and helped me to bill accordingly. Pros I registered for a team and project management. it is compatible with all my mac and pcs which is a plus point for me. The screenshot is a great feature to keep an eye on my employee's activity, they now can't use social media in office time. Daily timesheet and calendar help me to upgrade my productivity and use time more effectively. I was unable to use as first, but find out using tutorials and now it's a nice tool to have. Cons The screenshot is vulnerable, as it contents some live online code and can be fatal in the wrong hand, I stopped using it. Pros It has good capabilities for tracking time and gets overall statistics. The new dashboard is quite good. Cons Client for tracking could be more user-friendly. I mean UI. Pros I like the simplicity of Hubstaff and l like being able to easily track my work time. Cons I wish there was an easier way to delegate time to projects and integrate with my calendar. The menu is user friendly and there are not too many levels. Cons Not being able to prepopulate the timesheets, even by a couple of minutes, is annoying. It would be a handy feature for public holidays and annual leave purposes. Not being able to properly batch print projects so that the specific hours worked are displayed is a little frustrating. Our clients require the timesheets to be attached to the invoices as supporting documents and we need to have our hours visible and accountable. It would be good to have a feature that enables staff to lock their timesheets when they're finished with them at the end of each month. This would give visibility to those responsible for invoicing the clients as to who has completed their timesheets and who needs reminding. Review Source FD Faizaan D. I have never had my time lost, and it doesn't slow down my computer at all. And even when my computer crashes (which happens a lot as a developer), it saves that time. It's great! Cons I think the mobile experience could definitely be improved, I'm always getting errors when I try to connect and it just doesn't feel as responsive as it could. I think you could also look into some more modern design for your desktop clients, sort of like how the website looks. And then I came to know about HubStaff. My problem was to track activities and know how much time a employee take to perform a task. And hubstaff solved this. This is the main thing I liked in this software. Cons Sometime employee delete the screenshots so I was not able to check if how many time an employee deleted the screenshots. It helps me focus on my working hours and to generate accurate invoicing with reports that are evidence. I can do more for clients and way less administration with spreadsheets etc. It is really intuitive and quick to get going. When the client's ask, "What did you work on today", I have factual information that is evidenced based. Pros So easy to set up and configure for portfolio based remote worker. Easy to make changes to match the changing nature of project assignments. Great interface and the release updates are frequent adding extra value. Cons I really like everything about it. We are happy with hubstaff because it is easy to set up, easy to learn and use it. It also helped in reducing the cost. The online support team is responsive and helpful. Pros It is very easy to set up and easy to use., both for Admin and users. Cons Reporting is very limited. If hubstaff can run reports for 1099, that would be a great help.
