Ceo Computer Games Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Hubstaff for Task" August 30, 2019 5.0 I like making timesheets and tasks for my employees to tackle in a daily or weekly time frame. This is really good at doing just that and letting my keep track of it all very easily. I however did not end up keeping the software after trying the trial. I do plan to once my business get more funds however, as it was a really nice way to schedule things. Pros This actually does a lot compared to some others like it, its got a nice list of features, it looks good and it works exactly how I wanted it to. Cons Pricing is always my biggest concern, there is a free version but that is only for 1 user so its not useful for a business with more than yourself. Pros it is idiot proof. the website has all the reports you can think of. Cons you cannot choose which screen to monitor. if you are using dual monitors, it captures everything. If you are using remote teams Hubstaff is a critical tool for ensured efficiency. Pros I love the screenshots and productivity score. I can always see what my team is working on and catch problems before they are much harder to deal with. Cons It lacks some very important integrations like Slack. Cons It will not respond without notification and it will stop. When you look into the app to time out that's when you will see it stopped and you will lose the time because it stopped. In the employer's point of view, there's the wide variety of options in setting up access for users. Cons It probably depends on how knowledgeable or flexible the user is when it comes to using applications or software. One of my employers do not know how to set up restrictions for employee's navigation settings. The time tracked and the money acquired is always on top. A very good timer track app. Pros Very tiny client. Very easy to start and stop the timer. On the Hubstaff dashboard, the things are clear and easy to find and understand. Cons I have some difficulty when the timer falls on idle for some reason. I was using the free version, but now I am on with my company. Support is great, they answer any problems I have very quickly. Pros It is very easy to keep track of all my time. Adding small notes to know exactly what I was doing, make it easy to justify my time card Cons Sometimes the timer will glitch and look like I was idle for an hour, even after I press stop. Pros Easy to use and developing on a regular basis. Support responds in good time and always resolves my questions. Cons As an admin, I do not like paying for things I do not use. It allows me to monitor my activities and work productivity in a timely manner. Cons Sometimes it seems like the percentage activity is too low and doesn't match with my productivity. Pros Easy to use and I can manually add the missed time entries. Random screenshots for productivity check. Just pause and play if I am doing project related work. This will help my clients monitor the progress of the project or tasks. Cons Sometimes, it automatically starts even if I don't intend to use it. It could help if that part if fixed. A bit annoying.
