Tracking team & consultants Make sure the people are productive & doesn't waste time while working on the daily tasks No software / links which are blocked can be used

Pros

Activity snapshots. Time capture along with activity %age. The way one get links of all the websites a user browses. Work in offline mode.

Cons

Sometime desktop version play & pause doesn't work very smooth. Additionally on idle time adding notes can be improved as well.

Pros

The auto payout and timesheet management are worth the price alone. Tasks do a great job keeping jobs organized.

Cons

Adding users is not so straight forward and easy to use.

I use Hubstaff every day and it is very transparent.

Pros

Tracks projects so you dont have to Ease of use

Cons

The only issue I have had is once when it would not track but tech support resolved and distributed a patch in a day.

It's convenient and logs time well. I don't have to logged in every day, which is convenient and i can easily open my time and get my overall work percentage for the day and week, etc.

Unbelievable support (I really haven't believed in such level of customer support before I contacted Hubstaff support, these guys have to get a raise or at least some nice bonuses). Easy to use. I like the level of customization. The pricing is also good, though I'd add pricing per 1 additional user.

Pros

It's fully multi-platform, and easy to use.

Cons

The mobile client is not developed enough.

Cons

Bugs. Face several issues for the past 2 years (the biggest one with time adding to my account non stop for 3 months)

Well it is a good software, make you more disciplined and is a good tool for companies and wrk teams.

Pros

Hubstaff allows you inform to your client, what are you woking, with screenshots. Allows you to register time when you forget to start timer. Allows you to keep the time that system was stand by.

Cons

Sometimes screenshots can be intrussive for privacy even if your are working,

Pros

The web portal and reports are easy to use. We use it for tracking time and projects and the link to Basecamp is great.

Cons

The desktop software could be updated and feels slightly outdated compared to other tools I have used in the past. I wish it was easier to adjust time the dates and hours could be easier to use.

Pros

At this point in time, none... I have nothing good to say about the software.

Cons

I "start my shift" and the software doesn't recognize it. I get an email about a job I was meant to start 30, and I was not logged in yet... yet it shows I am logged in for over 25 minutes... it says I drop off shifts, etc... when I don't. This software needs some serious TLC if it's going to accuse someone for not doing something when it is obvious they are.

With the auto screenshots, activity rates, and a dashboard to summarize the overall efficiency of a remote employee, it is easy to track how long each job or tasks take and who's working on them. It is also a very useful tool in the payroll process for remote employees.

Pros

Easy to manage a team working remotely or freelancers.

Cons

There is no automatic start/stop on time tracking.

Pros

I like the most of this software is about how it calculate the hours and activity percentages, unlike other tools that it needs to manually calculate it.

Cons

Maybe when channeling from 11:59 PM to 12:00 am because it has 1 or 2 minutes to count properly again.

not much unfortunately. hard to use and dos not keep very good time have to reassign tells me i abandoned my shift even though I work overtime each day

I would highly reccomend Hubstaff to anybody that is looking at tracking their staff.

Pros

When we are on events and there isn't a way to track the staff, Hubstaff provides a way for me to see where my staff is located and what time the arrived.

Cons

The only way that I can truly see what time they really punched into Hubstaff, is if they are logging in and using honesty.

### "Convenient time tracker"

We needed an independent time tracker to get out of a freelance platform that took a commission out of the earnings and hubstaff was great

Pros

I like the simplicity of it and that the time tracker is very accurate, to the second

Cons

When I open the web version to see my earnings and time worked, it's the opposite of simplicity. Every time it takes me a few minutes to find what I a looking for. There are just too many pages

Overall I find it motivating and useful, I love getting my daily notification and taking a look at my weekly breakdown. The team are very responsive, though to be honest there was never a real need to seek support.

Pros

Hubstaff certainly helps me keep track of the tasks I'm working on, strive to be more efficient, and put in more hours. I use the tablet app, Windows and Mac versions - an easy and effective experience throughout. Makes things simple in terms of timesheets, reviewing how time is spent, and gives my team peace of mind.

Cons

The only thing I've occasionally found a little tricky is switching timezones, but that's something minor and subjective as it's more just a case of me expecting a different location for where it'd be updated.

It was overall a pleasure to use Hubstaff as a time tracking software. It's very accurate and the integration it has with ASANA is most useful. 10/10 would recommend it to others!

Pros

Hubstaff works great for tracking my ASANA tasks through its integration! I can easily search for tasks and start tracking my time through it!

Cons

Sometimes when I forget to switch tasks in Hubstaff after I complete the same in ASANA, the clock stops.

Pros

Great way to monitor your employees and the software can be applied to many platforms. Customization is also allowed for higher plans so it is truly a flexible software that can cater to your personalized needs.

Cons

Lower plans have more limitations (obviously) but I would have loved to see time limit being able to set even at lower priced plans.

I like how I can track and see what employees are doing. See how they are utilizing their time while they are working.

Cons

I haven’t yet found anything I don’t like about the software. I haven’t had any issues. Haven’t not been able to figure it out.

Clarity on what my entire staff is working on, their productivity & how long it takes them to complete a task.

Pros

My favorite thing is the option to do, "Screenshot blur." This way for people like my Executive Assistant, etc, I can protect my private documents from being seen by the Managing staff.

Cons

I don't care too much for the new Dashboard layout. I find the analytics confusing, I preferred the old one.

Pros

Does exactly what I need it to. Helps me track my billable hours, exporting reports for clients is super easy, gives me just the amount of detail I need. The app is helpful for tracking hours on the go too.

Cons

Wish I could track hours without downloading software on a public or borrowed computer. Besides that, can't think of any negatives.
