Pros

I love how it shows my productivity. As an editor, it keeps me in check with how fast I'm reading/writing, which is extremely helpful for keeping myself moving at a steady pace.

Cons

I think the screenshot feature is a little invasive, but I do see its value/purpose for showing clients that your team is truly working on what they say they are.

The quick access to the dashboard Can see and navigate easily

Cons

Couldn't delete a screenshot on a Friday fr some reason. Hubstaff took the screenshot as I was logging off and I was opening something not that relevant, it wasn't bad, just something I thought should have had the option to do. Takes a while to connect to other platforms

It's an easy to set up and go software that simplifies time tracking and looks professional.

Pros

Loved how easy it was to visualize the patterns of hourly work throughout the week. It is easy to navigate and input data as well as set weekly limits for worked hours, which is great for hiring freelancers.

Cons

Some features are a little clunky like there is no bulk edits to input hours or reoccurring hourly meetings you can put on every week, but all-in-all, the software is pretty good. I am not sure if I utilized all of the features available, but I wish there was a slightly easier way to immediately see how many hours you have inputted per week instead of having to go to another view in order to see it.

I like the functionality that reminds me to keep tracking time. I enjoy the daily work summaries.

Cons

I find the navigation to the dashboard to be a bit confusing. If there was a button that could take you to the dashboard, that would be great. I also think if it has been implemented, but I've not found it then it could definitely be placed better

Pros

Has everything I need, and it's fine to use it in my daily tasks for me, and my team. Great because it's tracking time.

Cons

It's very hard sometimes to navigate, to see monthly results or etc. If I want to find the screen quickly, where to see the time worked for last x days, it's so hard to find it.

Overall this is a great service that allows insight into your staff's productivity without being too intrusive.

Pros

This is a great SaaS to help track time and work of your employees, especially remote ones. The service allows you to capture screenshots to see what your people are working on as well as track mouse and keystroke activity to ensure they are doing what they are supposed to. Reporting is straight forward and easy to use.

Cons

Some of the report filters is a little cumbersome but not enough to be an issue.

I like that I can integrate with JIRA. This allows me to quickly assign tasks to users and they can log their time effectively using hubstaff.

Cons

I dont like that hubstaff doesnt allow users note entries to pass back to the JIRA work log entry. That information is valuable and should be passed.

I love the reports I can print for the hours my team has worked. It shows me all the comments, I can organize by project, and by month. I have had such a great experience any time I asked a question of the support team, they are really responsive and know their product well.

Cons

It's a bit pricey for a startup business like mine.

As freelancer is a good way on tracking time and letting know that I have worked xxx amount of hours. What I think it is missing is some protection and backup regarding the payment of that Time worked, I have no way on ensuring I am getting paid.

Pros

I think the app overall does what is expected, - from a freelancer point fo view works, does the job well, tracks your time and activity, and screenshots

Cons

I think it can be improved in a few ways, for example, me as a freelancer and artist, I am drawing in paper, to then move into the digital world, that time if I do not use the computer the system takes it as if I was just doing nothing, but it is not the case. Haven't got the time to check while working in the iPad Pro, but at least if I am working in a non-computer thing it does not work. There should be an option to log or say that there is a time used in a non computerized activity and maybe send or take a picture of what it is. Also no protection or coverage from the freelancer perspective, so if a client adds me to a project and track time with him, nobody can assure he will be paying those hours.

Great experience, Hubstaff delivers on everything a small business needs in this area and so much more that we are looking forward to taking advantage of to further streamline and scale our business.

Pros

Dashboard feature is great and overall the platform is very simple and easy to navigate. Time and payroll expense tracking, along with daily notifications on team performance is phenomenal.

Cons

Payroll and trying to alter the pay periods has been challenging and still haven't been able to make that work properly for our needs.

The software solves many problems for my agency, the main one is controlling staffs productivity

My main like on the software is the ease on how i can see very quickly what the staff are doing and how well they are doing the task. Productivity is so important today and Hubstaff monitors perfectly
