Pros I have agents in opposite time zones and this helps me track their productivity and working times. I really like how I can see their screenshots to know exactly what they are working on at any given time. Pros I really liked that Hubstaff was easy to use. I could track my hours and see exactly where I was at each week. The app was very convenient too! Hubstaff also made it easy to pay her, integrate with my project management system, and I love how up-to-date they are and always adding new feature.
