Pros

I like where it shows your activity - I think they should break it down by overall task instead of 10 minute periods so I can see which task I was most active / least active

Cons

you should be able to customize the date period. I would like to be able to see my 2 week pay period at once

Pros

I like that it is super easy to start and stop with the mobile, as I work off my phone many times. I can still track.

Cons

It's not as easy to add time as some of the other timing softwares I have used. You have to hunt really hard to find that option.

Not too bad, could be better if I (the employee) could turn off certain features.

Pros

I like that I am able to log my hours for work so I can get paid. I also like that I can clearly define what projects took what amount of time too. I don't mind activity monitoring, but screen recording is too excessive for me.

Cons

I can't stand the absolute invasion of privacy. I do all my work from my own computer, and it makes me feel weird that my boss can have screenshots and all this other really personal stuff. I deal with it, but I hate hate hate it.

It has helped give me a sense of where time is spent, though because it is manual, based on humans to change the project id, the results are skewed based upon each person's ability to remember when to change to the project.

Pros

Easy to use. I like the ability to pull reports, review screen shots.

Cons

Doesn't sync with calendar, so have to manually change to the correct project.

We will not be using it anymore

Pros

Easy to turn off and on for clocking in and out.

Cons

It's very glitchy and real time doesn't update fast enough. Also - doesn't allow for Overtime rules according to state law so I have to manually calculate OT every week. I have to make several corrections because of time being accidentally deleted.

I really appreciate how easy and free to use hubstaff

Cons

I really can’t tell if there’s something I don’t like about the software. Maybe with the time tracker, even if you’re working, the Productivity rate seems low.

Sometimes it's not so easy to calculate the total working hours for certain month, it would be great to add a possibility to display working hours for every day of mounth as it's made for every day of week now.

Pros

I like the blur feature of screenshots taking process. It really helps me see the exact process without compromising the security.

Cons

Apple watch app as a remote control would be great.
