Pros This platform is a simple and easy to navigate, which is important for our firm because it our partners and workers are from all over the world and have very different backgrounds, so it was essential that this product was as simple to use as possible. Cons This product does a great job of doing what it is supposed to. We had a little bit of trouble getting the account set up initially which lead to a bit of a delay, but when we finally got to the right person it was fixed almost immediately. There may be videos available that I missed but the connection to these could be a bit more direct. On the positive side, the chat support is excellent. Gives me a report of the time I spent each week. I like that it knows when I get off my computer. Cons Experience not the best on Windows. There's no nice dock that I can use to stop time. On both platforms, I have a task I want to do, but it keeps on logging it twice and I don't know why.
