Pros We use it for tracking and paying our employees and everything has been super smooth and it takes a lot off my plate! Cons Theres an issue with info being sent to transferwise the payment processor we use that makes everyone get emails for payments instead of the old way of direct deposits. I believe this is an API issue or something Reason for choosing Hubstaff Markermagic isnt integrated enough to be worth our time. For example, if I want to report on a time period that is not one of the custom periods included in the app, it took me a while to figure out from which menu I needed to draw this report. Pros For small companies this program helps to keep you on task, bill for time, and see how employees spend their time. I have even used the data for staff evaluations. My team has become much more efficient since we started using this program. Cons I have to login to the desktop version everytime I open it, whereas online my information is saved. Screenshot grabbing capability is a cool feature. 24/7 support is available and nice to have if needed. Cons No IP restrictions is a big concern.
