Now its getting there, i.e. becoming annoying and limiting. Cons Ummm...It could become even better if you can stop spam projects in it. Like click baits and stupid and unethical SEO projects. My work is varied for him - I built his website, curate and schedule social media, link build, etc. And I write blog posts, which are not charged hourly, but by the piece. Hubstaff lets him verify I'm actually working on his project, and lets me add manual time for the blog posts to keep invoicing/accounting straight for both of us. It's easy to use, too. Good product overall! Cons The screen shots.... good for checks and balances but feels like big brother looking over my shoulder... a necessary evil in the home based consulting world I suppose. March 1, 2019 5.0 It's been great for me as a remote worker and for the company I work for it's been really benefitial as a whole. Pros The possibility of tracking time on either the computer or phone. The awesome screenshots every 10 minutes whenever the user least expects it. Cons The lack of seamless integration between the mobile app and the computer one, if I use teh app on the phone cause I'm on a call and then want to continue tracking on the computer more often than not the time used on the phone is not computed unless you open and close the computer app at least 4 times. June 24, 2019 4.0 Pros User Friendly, relatively cost saving Cons The software failed to notify us that the activity level is not tracked until we checked it. Upon requesting for a refund of USD2.14 from the company, they said they can't do it but instead can only apply the discount on the next invoice. It's not a big amount but it shows the lack of customer class from the company. Would have love to give 5 stars if they had said "yes" and I would be a loyal fan of it. But a simple USD2.14 and they want to save on it. Told them to keep it. Hubstaff is very easy to set up and use, and has a lot of great features (like a reminder if I've been idle). Simple, clear, and very user-friendly.
