Its really save time.. and my staff dont need to report their hours in a google form.

Pros

I like the Free job posting as i can easy look for freelancers. The app is available in almost project management system and other integrations.

Cons

Theres are some missing filters on the report.. i just cant remember exactly.. but it needs me to export in csv and do some custom formula to get what i want.. Its very confusing where tab to go.. there are features available in the paid plan that really doesnt matter to my company..

Hubstaff got us tracking our schedules. It is one great time tracking resources.

Pros

This system allows productivity monitoring, that is, team can keep moving forward while progress is captured seamlessly.

Cons

this app crashes sometimes and the window apps looks very outdated. so i think the desktop software needs a new face.

Pros

It was incredibly easy to log hours. Just open the tab, click start, and you're off. Stopping was equally easy.

Cons

It was very difficult (and maybe impossible) to easily find a running total for how much I had worked and how much I was owed for the project.

Pros

I like how everything is very visual and easy to see and use. I appreciate knowing my productivity everyday.

Cons

The small widget could be better, the design just seems old and sometimes doesn't reset for each new day without completely quitting Hubstaff and signing back in.

Pros

Hubstaff is easy to use. I stay logged in on my laptop. I can switch between tasks throughout the day, so it's easy to see how I spent my time. I also like the feature that shows my productivity.

Cons

It doesn't let me stay logged in on my phone, and I have a long password to type each time.

I like that you can time different projects within a job. It helps me with time management and to know what I spend the most time doing.

Cons

I wish it was easier to have multiple jobs, working for different people. I think it might be possible already, but I haven't figured it out yet.

Cons

I get to see how my projects are progressing without any clock watching or guessing what I did on a given day.

Pros

I like the integration with Trello. Although, I wish I could start and stop the clock on Trello. That feature appears to work but its sketchy. I like the reports and the notification schemes. Overall, I like the product.

Cons

I have no use for some of the advance features...like screen shots, or billing. I only need to keep track of my own time and run reports of my own activities.

Maybe resources needed to run program? have noticed a slight decrease in cpu speed when running. could just be because my laptop is a few years old.

Pros

Periodical screenshots of staff working and able to gauge the staff working performance. Various reports in multiple dimensions helps a lot.

Not much. it would be even better the screenshots or time blocks are considered for every 5 minutes.

A clear overview of project budgets was a huge plus.

Pros

I loved the app and desktop screenshots. Especially working with freelance designers - it a great way to monitor the team .

Cons

The desktop tracking app was clunky, inputting task was really difficult to do, limited options for payroll integrations - you used a service that is probably unfamiliar to most small-mid size companies. The difficulty in tracking and inputting task, and the clunky poorly designed desktop tracker was ultimately why I decided t to downgrade my account.
