Cons

Not good UX for adding time manually. If you don't use time tracker you may have a bad experience to add time manually.

Pros

I like being able to track freelancers' time quickly and easily in one place. The dashboard is very user friendly and easy to use. Hubstaff's support was very responsive when I did have questions. Overall, a great tool to increase productivity.

Cons

I do not have any cons at this point in time. I have enjoyed using the platform and cannot fins anything specific I would want changed.

Hubstaff helps me to get a remote job and develop my carreer as a Software Engineer

Pros

Hubstaff is high quality software for tracking time while working in a project on your computer. It alows people to work together even though they are in different countries.

Cons

The screenshot is taken randomly and most likely when you change your sceen most of screenshot sometimes are not related to the real work.

This is not ideal for freelancers. Maybe if you work remotely for Dell or something.

Ease of creating and sending an invoice, ability to view your hours and pay at a glance

Cons

having to go through emailing someone else to add projects, creating to dos, as well as adding manual time entries: you can't move the add time window to see when your last time ended, the prompted start time hubstaff gives you when you try to add a time entry is an earlier time that will replace your previous time entry, you have to exit the add time window to add a to do

Just great

Pros

This platform is so accurate, I found my staff I was skipping working time, so I fired him. Now I do not need Hubstaff for a while.

Cons

I think that a Chat system (like Slack) feature, would be good. Also, I do not need it for a while since I fired my Staff so I want to pause it until I find new Staff.

Pros

I like that it's an easy way to clock in and out that doesn't rely on internet connectivity. At past jobs I've used web-based clocks that are not usable during internet outages.

Cons

Adding/subtracting/adjusting time should be an easier process for employees. Activity percentages seem to vary based on whether I'm using a mouse or trackpad, but I could be mistaken on this.

Option for how your week is set up, my company week is Sunday to Saturday but my time is recorded as Monday thru Sunday.

Pros

Good value for the money. Relatively easy to setup and connect with JIRA.

Cons

The desktop app and the mobile app do not communicate with each other. If I leave my desk and forget to start/switch tasks, doing so on the mobile app has no effect and actually ends up duplicating times. This \*is\* noted in the documentation, but is a major failing in such a mobile world.

Pros

I like that they offer a free 14 day trial. I like the tracker software that provides an online time sheet. Great timesaver that I don't have to use Excel. It is also private and I use it anywhere and anytime when I am traveling.

Cons

I don't like the price structuring. I think you should be charged per individual active users not by a group rate.

Overall, I like Hubstaff. We don't use it heavily, and it has proved to be a good tool for us. It meets our needs, and that's what we need ;)

Pros

It is simple to track time, and the screenshots make it easy to track the productivity of employees.

Cons

To me, the interface is a little confusing to navigate. I'm not sure how, but it seems like it could be a little more streamlined
