Pros Easy to use, organized lay-out, great idea/concept. Cons Not detailed enough. Program records mouse movements and keyboard strokes, but doesn't actually record qualify of work apart from occasional screenshots. No need to worry about monitor the resources and their activities. It shows the detail of every 10 minutes with screen shots. Also we can see the activity percentage of the screen on which we are working or any other person working. This tool worked on role basis. In short its great reporting tool. Pros Hubstaff is really simple to use and the fact that you can have screenshots and activity levels, that is very important when you have a remote business. Their customer support is always available and helpful when needed. I have no problem with this company at all. I would recommend this for any business because this will be easy to explain to all onboarding new employees. Cons The design can be improved and occasionally there can be errors/interruptions. This is probably because I didn't know how to fully use this service at first but now I have a better understanding. I was searching and comparing a lot but this one is amazing. Cons The UI especially on the Computer app is not nice and mobile UI is horrible. It is definitely a time-saver. Cons A bit confusing each time to find what I am looking for. Instead of going through different pages and steps, it would be so much easier to have a dashboard to be able to quickly retrieve all relevant information for each member with simple customized options.
