Hubstaff is so easy to switch on and off as I maneuver from one project to another. Pros Easy to use, download and start/stop projects. Cons I really have not found a con yet. One of the very nice features is the integration to Trello. This is very useful as it makes adding tasks very easy. Cons Increment of users of 2 (so I can't move from 3 users to 4). Another comment is when integrating to Trello we can't get screen capture. Probably, if you're an HR person it solves more problems but right now it solves the bookkeeping of my freelancers working hours. Pros It is easy for the developers and seamless for the business people to produce the payroll. Cons It's one of those software that would most likely be awesome if you're an HR person and use it every day, but as the business owner, I probably do the very minimum which is to check the working hours of my staff. The ability to track our virtual employees and monitor their work is great. Running reports to get totals for end of week billing is also fantastic. We had a few issues while they were making updates but the customer service is second to none. I always get a quick response that usually solves my problem or at least gives an explanation. One thing I think that could make the product better, is if you didn't have to go from 5-10 users all at once. Our business is small and grows slowly so to add employees 1 at a time would be much better for us. February 9, 2019 5.0 I've used Hubstaff to find freelance jobs, and I'm happy to say that I'm currently occupied with enough projects at the moment from the gigs I got using the service! Pros Good quality gigs! The results speak for themselves. If for some reason I need to land more projects, Hubstaff will be my top-of-mind option.
