I have been using this app for almost 3 months and I find it pretty amazing as it helps track offshore staffs or even could be used to track staffs in any organization. It will definitely help increase productivity and increase profit.

Pros

\- Best for tracking staffs - Best to know how active each staff is.

Cons

\- none till now as I have just used it for 3 months.

Pros

Ease of use it is very easy to track time and efficient productivity of ours. We can measure each and every minute of work.

Cons

Screenshots is the least liked thing but some of the users need it to measure so it is good feature.

Great time tracking

Pros

It's great as an individual freelancer, but robust enouagh to grow into as business needs evolve and grow.

Cons

I found the timer function for logging hours a bit clunky in terms of having to setup projects and do some categorization before I could just track my time. Also, more ways to track time across specific date ranges and ways to filter times logged for specifics within a project would be great!

Cons

Complicated platform ! I find that it is not easy to circulate inside the platform.

Very easy to use, can be a really easy way to punch in.

Cons

If it is used to punch in and the computer has a problem, it can be a hassle to log back in and enter your lost time.

I searched a lot for a good time tracking software to apply to computers and employees of our company. I found many, but few had a Mac version. I even install some, but none as simple and efficient as Hubstaff! With an easy and straightforward interface, with the possibility of time corrections and even check activities of employees with periodic saved screens... I found the Time Tracking we needed! I recommend to all who need / want to manage a project and employees.

I'm a freelance photo editor and I started using Hubstaff because the app offered screenshots of my desktop, application tracking and URL tracking. I think the app was a bit hard to get understand at first to but once I did I've enjoyed what it has to offer.

Pros

Great customer support, takes screenshots of desktop, URL tracking, application tracking.

Cons

No monthly reports, no invoice generator, no weekly or monthly log.

Pros

I use Hubstaff to keep track of my time. I am an independent consultant and I need a easy to use and inexpensive time management software. Hubstaff is both. Hubstaff is also robust and allows me to add features and team members as well.

Cons

I forget to turn on the software. I wish there was a reminder alert to remind me to bill my time.

This is great to see how long projects take and how much I can bill for services based on how long it took my employees to complete a job.

Pros

Hubstaff is a pretty useful tool for managers to track employee productivity. This is ultra important now that most people are working from home. Helps to decipher who is actually working.

Cons

Management really likes this product because it shows exactly what employees are doing on their computers but employees complain that it feels like "big brother" is watching.

Cost is decent. I like that customer service has been easy to communicate with. I like the payment option and that we don't have to pay up front for the entire year.

Cons

A little confusing having to create a new "job" instead of just signing in. Having multiple employees at several locations is difficult. Kinda clunky.
