The system is easy to use and learn. We started using the system immediately, there is no long development phase. We can add more customized forms and I'm grateful CharityTracker has that flexibility. **Pros:** CharityTracker is a good value. Our team didn't have the time to customize an entire software. CharityTracker was ready to be used immediately and had all the basic functions we needed to move our paper files online . **Cons:** CharityTracker does not offer all features, such automating workflows and flagging incomplete tasks. I’m thinking of having generic ROIs printed for the individuals to complete on the spot and adding to CT later. 3) If I fail to enter information on a client - which I have - it doesn’t work well.
