Pros Ability to group family members together and keep a running record of the services they have obtained from the different churches in the area. I like the editing features. Especially useful is the alert button so we can interface with other agencies/resources. Cons There is very minimal issues at all with the software. Once I had a question and I submitted a question and it was readily answered. The one feature I don't like would be having to pay extra to have other users in the system. August 22, 2017 5.0 Pros Ease of use. The ability to add as many users as we need. The reporting options are great and the ability to connect people via the referral process is nice. Cons There are some elements of the communication feature (the bulletins) that can't be captured in a report. Just a few things could be tweaked to make things simpler. June 21, 2019 4.0 Our overall experience has been great! The support team is awesome! Pros This is a great case worker management product that is truly easy to use once set up. It is also a great way to share information between collaborating organizations for the benefit of the client. Cons The set up takes some time and work to understand the logic behind some of the tabs, but once that's sorted, it is a smooth process! See below Cons We wish that demographics had to be completed to start the case. Some forget to do that, so if it was a mandatory field we wouldn't have to go back and correct months worth of overlooks! Each agency can get a different story, so the notes help us piece together the facts. Cons The software is great, but I wish more agencies and churches would use it! August 24, 2017 5.0 Pros I love that we're able to keep track of how much we've helped and how often we've helped an individual. I also like that we're able to see how others have helped a person so we can tell if a bill is getting paid, or if they have checked around with other charities. Cons (It is NOT the developers' fault): unless this is an agency's primary database, few organizations will double-enter their findings because of the time involved in doing so. August 22, 2017 5.0 Able to track what other agencies have done to assist applicants, so to make sure we are not only serving the same people over and over again. Pros Ease of use and a great fit for our church to track participants in our area. We use this product on a weekly basis, and have been able to see where organizations have assisted the same people that are asking for assistance, therefore preventing abuse.
